Located in the exclusive north end of Cozumel island, this oceanfront condo is perfect for small or large groups. There is Central A/C, Cable, 2 HDTV flatscreen TVs, DVD/VCR, free high speed internet access and free long distance phone service to the USA/Canada/Mexico/Europe, plus a shared swimming pool and sea walls with great snorkeling right in front of the condo.
There are 2 large master suites, each with a king size bed, private bath, mirrored closet doors, dressers, individual seating area and sliding glass doors that open onto the oceanfront balcony. Both masters feature bay windows with breathtaking ocean views, spectacular sunsets and the sights of the town of San Miguel.
The third and fourth bedrooms each have queen beds, and share a double basin bath. These colorful and inviting bedrooms both have dressers with mirrors and large windows with island views.
All bathrooms feature granite countertops with colorful vessel sinks.
If you want to prepare your own meals and snacks, there is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The roomy kitchen has a stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and electric range with oven, and of course the all-important blender, coffee maker, toaster and complete cookware and placesettings. Or, dine in with authentic local cuisine and let one of our chefs come to your condo and prepare your meals for you!
The spacious private covered balcony overlooks the downstairs pool, shoreline reefs and the blue ocean for which Cozumel is famous. There is a table and eight chairs for outside dining, relaxing or browsing using the complimentary Wireless Internet access.
In the pool area there are palapas and chaise lounges that are part of the building facilities you are free to enjoy.
The condo can accommodate anywhere from 4 to 8 guests. The dual master suite setup is particularly attractive to groups that have more than one couple.

A wonderful quiet condo for a family vacation. Nice quiet area north of town, yet could walk to town in 15 minutes or 5 by taxi. Condo very clean, nicely decorated and well laid out. Concierge very friendly and helpful. Beautiful ocean access and snorkelling right off the patio. We loved sitting on the balcony, watching the ships and just enjoying the ocean. Listing was accurate. Gary, the owner was very nice to deal with and answered any of our questions before rental. Payment went without a hitch. We have already recommended this condo to several friends and relatives but hope it will be available when we plan to return. Scuba diving is available close by at the marina and great snorkelling on site. Crystal clear water. We ate at several outdoor restaurants in town and loved the authentic Mexican food. Grocery stores are handy in town and the condo has a beautiful kitchen .

This condo is amazing !!!! It has everything you need and more.The condo updated and feels like home. The views are amazing and to walk out your back door and get right into the ocean is perfect. Once you stay here you won't want to leave.. Tv, Internet, and a phone to call home to the states as much as you want. One word perfect!! My family and I will be staying there again soon..

My husband, me, my sister, & her husband stayed at this condo Feb 5 - 11. We were greeted right away by the security guard when we pulled up. All of our bags were carried into the condo also. We walked in and were so SURPRISED. It was even better than the pictures. We all loved this condo so much. We had so much space. Everything was so modern and the privacy was AWESOME. The pool area was QUIET and soooo relaxing. The entrance to the ocean was a breeze - we were in it all the time! We loved the snorkeling! The other people at the complex were all so nice. The only thing that I wasn't prepared for was a yellow tailed damsel fish that lives under the ladder - that darn guy bit my in the knee!! After that my husband or I would wave our hand or flipper as the other one went up the ladder! :) There were also 2 sweet dogs that hung around the property. I wanted to take them home they were so sweet. They got fed alot by our group and loved up! They would lay outside the condo door all the time waiting for us to come out to give them steak :). We didn't rent a car - the cab cost around $6 each way. We didn't feel like driving around the island (we have been to coz many times before) because we were so satisfied staying at the condo and hanging out in the pool / ocean. We are for sure going to be coming back and renting again. This place was just so nice. VERY SATISFIED and we miss it already!!!

This condo was even better than what we imagined, if you can believe that. The property security and management services were outstanding, and more than what we expected. The views of the ocean were beautiful and we also enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the cruise ships and water activiities. The snorkeling was excellent for experienced swimmers. There is so much to do in Cozemul but it was difficult to leave this beatiful condo. We truly enjoyed the privacy and will definitly come back and bring more family next tiime!

From the photos, we were expecting a beautiful place, but the photos don't even do it justice. Wonderful snorkeling right in front of the condo. We'd swim against the light current down the shoreline, then drift back while watching an incredible variety of fish. Gorgeous azure water. The property has a lovely infinity pool, nice big balcony overlooking the ocean, beautiful furnishings. It's also very clean. Rafael serves as a one-man welcoming committee. He carried our bags, washed our car, and ensured that we need do nothing other than enjoy our vacation. This place was perfect!

We have just returned from 9 nights stay in the Puesto del Sol, 2S condo in Cozumel. We were 2 couples. We flew direct to Cozumel from Toronto, we rented a car. The condos is perfectly located, away from busy downtown and yet close enough to downtown, car ride is no more than 5 mins. The condo is everything we expected and more. It's absolutely beautiful. The furniture is extremely comfortable. The condo is very tastefully decorated. The two master suites overlooking the ocean with sliding doors to balcony is exactly what we needed. No other condo buildings offer 2 master suites. The king size beds are very very comfortable. There were plenty of towels, plenty of all you need such as fresh water, tissue, soaps, etc. We cooked in the kitchen every morning for breakfast, a few lunches and one great dinner. Everything you need is there. Cozumel offers many wonderful places for dinner. I've never eaten so much lobster and shrimp in one vacation. The condo is quiet, which is what we wanted. The cleaning lady came Monday/Wednesday/Friday. We felt we weren't going to have her come on Wednesday, as we picked up after ourselves, but, returning to a nice freshly washed condo was nice too. She washed all floors, all bathrooms, counters, so we had her come on her normal days. it was absolutely wonderful. The condo manager was fantastic, she came to greet us, she showed us where everything was, she was very friendly and helpful. During our vacation, we needed to call her twice for a few questions, she returned call instantly. The condo security/maintenance person was always there. A very safe and secure building. Another great factor for this condo, there's a phone where we can call USA/Canada at no charge, a phone only for local calls and free Wifi. The best surprise for us was the washer/dryer. Before our trip, dealing with the owner was very easy and extremely friendly. He answered our many questions instantly. The beginning of our vacations was unseasonably chilly and windy, but the later part of vacation was exactly what we known Cozumel to be, beautiful and charming. Cozumel is one of the best island for dining with reasonable cost. For us, it was pointless to go to all-inclusive, we have rented hotel rooms in the past, this year when friends decided to join us, we looked into renting a condo or villa. This was definitely a jewel. We will definitely return to this condo again! We felt at home, not in a rental.

My husband and I have stayed in many ocean front condos in Cozumel and this is probably our favorite. The accomodations are beautiful. From the tasteful decoration, to the well-manicured pool area this condo offers everything one may desire. The location is perfect - close proximity to town, to the marina, and great snorkeling out front (it seems the current in front of this building is not as strong as it is in other areas). Additionally Gary was very responsive and promptly answered all of our questions. The rental process was a breeze. Thank you for opening your beautiful vacation home to visitors.

Description of premises was accurate. Very nice layout, location and amenities. Property cleaned on arrival and as needed during our week. Service on site was excellent and security present at all times. We would recommend to others and have done so already. We enjoyed snorkeling right from the condo and down the shoreline to other facilities. We liked all the restaurants and we ate dinner out daily. Just ask your cab driver about restaurants and you'll soon find consistent recommendations.

If there was a better place to stay on the island, I didn't find it. Everything about this condo is amazing: the open layout, luxurious design, quality of furnishings, the amazing views, brand new kitchen and bathrooms, etc. This is not your typical hand-me-down beach rental. I woke up every morning with an unobstructed view of the ocean from my bed. I had my meals on the beautiful balcony. I lay for hours in the padded louge chairs, under the thatched umbrellas, staring peacefully into the turquoise waters. My biggest decision of the day was "do I cool off in the infinity pool or the ocean"? And you have the best snorkling on the island right there - so no need to pay to go anywhere else. We counted 20 types of tropical fish. This is a high-end building with 24 hour security (not that you need to worry about that on this island). The condo is in the north west quadrant, very quiet yet a 3 minute taxi ride to the downtown or airport. I would recommend flying straight into Cozumel if you can - my fiancee and I found the bus/boat/taxi routine too long. It would have been worth paying the few hundred extra for the direct flight or take the 15 minute hopper flight to Cozumel with Mayair (mayair dot com dot mx). We took it for the return; they are a reliable airline and the flight was only $75. The condo is very spacious, so even though it was just my fiancee and me, we could easily envision 3 couples or 2 couples with children. If you want peaceful, luxurious surroundings and amazing views, this is the condo for you!

This was my first time to Cozumel and I went with 7 friends. This condo was wonderful. It is big enough for everyone to be able to relax in. The balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean, the pool is salt water and very nice, and the ocean is just steps away. You get all the fun of going to the beach without the hassle of the sand. There is some nice snorkeling right off of the condo and many tours you can take from the island. This condo is a 15-20 minute walk from the marina but it is a nice walk. You can always rent a car (vw beetle was our choice) so that you can take a ride around the island and go to the beaches on the east coast. There is 24/7 security and a wonderful property manager. There are some games inside if you need something to fill your time but really, just lay out by the pool and go for a swim, ultimately relax. I felt at home here and we had a great time and plan to come back.
