The King Master suite with on-suite master bathroom, which is located on ground level, includes high end quality linens with a plush King pillow top mattress, private bathroom, cable television with DVD player, private access to patio. Guest rooms are upstairs and include high end quality linens with pillow top queen mattresses, one with twin pull-out, the other with twin futon.

Located right off of Century Drive (Cascade Scenic Hwy) which leads to the ski resort, several lakes and trails for mountain biking for skill levels ranging from beginner to advanced riding. Approximately 30 minutes from internationally known Smith Rock for incredible rock climbing,bouldering and hiking.

Why the Owner Chose Bend
The owner of this home purchased it in 2007 for its beautiful, serene location and close proximity to the ski mountain, but also minutes away from downtown Bend, Old Mill Shopping Center, Les Scwab Amphitheatre. It is located only steps away from a great river trail for hiking and mountain biking. It has a wonderful swimming pool and hot tub and it is a wonderful place for a second home and decided to offer it as a vacation rental for others to enjoy!

The quiet time is wonderful and the peaceful surroundings with Ponderosa Pines can't be beat, especially when your primary residence is in the hustle and bustle of city life. The home is tastefully decorated and made to feel comfortable for a family to enjoy as well as a romantic get away!
