Bunkbeds in hallway are great for the kids. Amenities include an indoor/ outdoor pool, exercise room, above ground tennis court, shuffle board, and children’s arcade. There is also an onsite restaurant called Chan’s. Open seasonally, Chan’s serves some of the best food and mixed drinks a resort has to offer.

We were so disappointed when we walked into the unit. The carpet was dirty, the curtains were dirty, the upholstry needed cleaning. The bathrooms were out-dated. It certainly is not what you would expect at the Pelican. The rental company did send a carpet cleaner on Tuesday. The washer/dryer is not in the unit. The unit is located beside the garbage shute.Owner response: Since your stay in 2010 the carpet in this unit has been replaced. Each unit is cleaned and inspected prior to each guest arrival but it is difficult to get the upholstery and curtains cleaned during the summer. Every winter a deep clean is done on the condo and all the carpets, upholstery, and curtains are professionally cleaned. This unit is located near the washer and dryers on the property even though there isn't one in the condo.
