We were so disappointed when we walked into the unit. The carpet was dirty, the curtains were dirty, the upholstry needed cleaning. The bathrooms were out-dated. It certainly is not what you would expect at the Pelican. The rental company did send a carpet cleaner on Tuesday. The washer/dryer is not in the unit. The unit is located beside the garbage shute.
