TC Property Management Inc. is offering this newer 2,700 square foot home that was built in 2006. The location is ideal as it is only about 4 miles to downtown Seattle and most "must see" tourist locations including Pioneer Square and Pike Place Market. How about the University of Washington/Husky Stadium? Only about 3 turns and 6 miles away without ever getting on the freeway. Even though the home borders the heart of the city, it still is relatively private, safe and sports a view. Other close by conveniences includes restaurants, bus stops, Safeway grocery and the future Light Rail System (transportation to/from the airport). There is also ample parking which includes two cars in the garage and two more directly in front of it.
For accommodations there are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The kitchen is wrapped with stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, Corian countertops, ceramic tile floor and beautiful hickory cabinets. The hickory wood theme continues into the floors in both the family and living room and is absolutely gorgeous. In addition to hardwood flooring in these rooms, there are also two televisions with cable TV and a cozy gas fireplace (living room). All four bedrooms are spacious but the master bedroom is huge and has a walk-in closet. Even with it's sheer size, the master bedroom still offers warmth with its comfortable king size pillow top mattress. Both the second and third bedrooms have queen size beds with the fourth bedroom having a full size bed. There is also a queen sofa bed with two comfy recliners in the family room and two air filled queen size mattresses. All three bathrooms have sliding glass doors for the tubs, a shower head and Corian vanity tops. Finally last but not least, property is equipped with wireless broadband by popular demand.
Home layout is structured with the kitchen, living room, master suite/master bath, the second bedroom and the second bathroom on the second floor. The bottom floor hosts the third bathroom, family room, two other bedrooms and the garage. The garage has an automatic garage door opener and can accommodate two cars with room to spare.
