This home was as described and is within walking distance of the light rail system (we used it to get to the Seahawks game and to the Pier for dinner). We had a group of 8 and it fit us perfectly and there was room for more! The owner was great to work with, I highly recommend!

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We had actually rented another property from the same owner. When there was a problem with that unit he immediately notified me and set me up in this house. Our family enjoyed our time here. It is close to the light rail and very easy to reach all of the major attractions. It would be nice if the house did have some type of blinds in the main living area as it did get rather warm in the house during the day. We just happened to be there during the warmest weather in years according to the weatherman. We had a great time in Seattle and being able to all stay in one spot for an extended period of time was very nice. The house was just what we needed. Thank you for getting us in there at such short notice.

My family loved the house. It was really a perfect location for them to have a family reunion while attending my wedding.

This house was large and allowed for plenty of space to spread out. It is close to Seattle, but not walking distance to anything, so a car is a must. It is only 15 minutes from the airport, which is very convenient, We were a smaller party (4 adults and 2 kids), so half the bedrooms went unused- but you could easily fit 10 people. The house is located near some sort of commuter train, so you will occasionally hear a train going by, but it is for the most part very quiet and relaxing.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We loved our stay in this home - very spacious and comfortable. After a long day of sightseeing, it was so nice to be able to come "home" and have a beautiful, cozy place to relax. We especially appreciated the large kitchen/dining/family room space that made it possible for our large family of 17 to be together and not feel crowded. The management is a pleasure to work with - very professional and accomodating.

My family gathered from around the country in Seattle for my sister's wedding and this was the perfect way to accommodate both the wedding plans and a wonderful family "reunion" in a very comfortable and spacious environment. The house was lovely and the owner very gracious and nice. Our deposit was refunded promptly. We all had a wonderful time. Thank you Chuong!

We had a very positive experience at the lovely home. It was as advertised with some very nice extras. The home was so close to downtown and all the attractions that we actually came back to the rental to cook lunch rather than eating out. High quality home!!!

Superb home! Our family gathering of 14 people had a great time at this comfortable and spacious home. The owner was really gracious and our deposit was refunded before we even got off the plane on the day we left. Quality in both the home and the service.

Thank you so much! Also, thank you for the use of your lovely rental house... the accommodations were excellent; very convenient and spacious. It's nice to know that there are very nice accommodations available when we have a crowd overflow for my brother's pad.... I will pass the good word to others I know in that area.
