This unit was a perfect beach getaway. The condo was comfortable. The bedrooms spacious. The pool area was lovely and the beach was just a short walk. The unit is located ideally for enjoying island attractions such as the water park, surfing lessons and the snorkeling cruises. Everything was close and convenient. The info Sandra sent in advance on shopping was very helpful. We would definitely go back for another beach vacation!
Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+.

My friends and I stayed in this unit July 1-5. As you cross over the Port Isabel bridge to the island...you're right there. This condo is spacious as noted in the previous reviews. The room was clean stocked with everything you need for your stay except washer and dryer. Very cozy and split unit for privacy. Schlitterbahn is next door to the hotel with a 5 minute walk to the beach. Parasailing, boat rides and others activities across the street. Location is very convenient. Will definitely stay and recommend this condo to others.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.

what a great and clean condo. our family of five stayed here and was very comfortable.It felt just like home. It was only a short walk to the beach. Would recomend this condo and stay here again. thanks sandy for all your help.

Me and my family stayed in this condo May 24 thru May 29 ,2009. It was absoultely beautiful, clean, and tastefully decorated. Sandy provided us with all the ameneties plus little extra's. This is my second time staying in one of Sandy's condo's and she has not dissapointed us yet. If we ever get to go back to SPI she is the person we will be renting from. Great job Sandy we loved it.

My hubby and I were truly impressed with the accomodations. We invited a guest to come along and they too were impressed. The condo was very roomy and clean. The grounds managers were very friendly and helpful when needed. Would go back next week if we could !

We stayed in Gulfview I for 6 nights. It was like having a home away from home. The rooms were spacious and clean. My son especially enjoyed having a television in his room, something he doesn't normally get. Everything is so close by.

We stayed in this unit for 5 nights and it was a wonderful vacation. The condo is nice and clean, Pauline was great too! The beach is not far, just a short walk, and there is a great view of Laguna Madre Bay and the causeway from the patio. The pool is huge and very nice, there is a hot tub and BBQ grills for cooking and there are plenty so there is usually no waiting! Needless to say none of us wanted to leave. I would rent this unit again.
