Las Palomas is a brand new, luxurious, 342-acre gated, master-planned, resort community featuring many 5 star amenities including breathtaking views and miles of white sandy beach on the Sea of Cortez just steps from the Condominium, beachfront living, championship golf course, Hotel-like on site lobby check-in, two fine dining restaurants (one already awarded AAA 4 stars), fitness center, sundries/gift shop, underground parking, a spectacular pool area featuring a negative edge pool with a waterfall and swim-up bar, a lazy river and water slide, water features, and walk-out beach with private beach huts and poolside drink and food service. Ideally located on Sandy beach, Las Palomas is far enough away from the city to avoid the crowds yet close enough (5 or 10 minutes) to go shopping and to dine.
We have a spectacular condo on a high floor of the Cortez building in Phase 2 (the newest phase). Our three bedroom, three bath condo has over 3000 square feet of luxury, including the balconies. What do we mean by luxury? How about granite countertops, floor-to-ceiling travertine bathrooms and a laundry room with full-sized washer/dryer. The living room has a 52” Flat screen PLASMA HDTV with a DVD-CD and home theater stereo system, and each bedroom has 37" Flat screen LCD HDTV's. The condos are meticulously decorated with all new furnishings and appliances. Direct TV satellite broadcasts both Phoenix local and Spanish language broadcasts. The dining room can seat 6 people plus the indoor kitchen bar allows for seating for an additional 4 people. The front balcony has an unobstructed view of the beautiful pools and ocean, and has patio dining for six plus two chaise lounges. The balcony has unobstructed views of Cholla Bay and the 18 hole Championship golf course. There is a barbecue on site for those who prefer to do their own grilling in the Resort.
