This beach house is great! It is newly remodeled with beautiful decorating. It has a pleasant look and feel. We really enjoyed our stay. It is close to the beach and shops, and plenty of good restaurants. The owners are very nice and helpful. I can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful time staying at the beach house at Nokomis, Florida, and will definitely be back! The beach house was beyond what we imagined it to be. The house was impeccably clean, so beautifully decorated, with all new updates, Spanish tile flooring, and new appliances. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. I’m very picky about cleanliness and comfortable beds and these were definitely A+! This was a top quality house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with sidewalks to ride bikes on. The house was fully equipped with new beach chairs and an umbrella, beach towels, a cooler and bikes. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for making nice meals. We explored all the area beaches and the nearby Nokomis Beach was our favorite. I lived in southern California and the U.S. Virgin Islands and Nokomis Beach was as beautiful as the best beaches in the Caribbean. You felt like it was your own private beach because there weren’t many people at the beach. The water was so warm, clean and clear blue – just like the Caribbean! It is such a natural-looking beach with miles of white sand, beach grasses and the aqua blue water. The sunsets are absolutely beautiful! My teenage son also loved this place. There was so much to do. We especially LOVED kayaking in the intercoastal waterway in Casey Key. We saw a lot of wildlife as we were kayaking through the clear, calm waters. There were large fish popping up all around us. It looked like a “mecca” for fisherman. We would like to go fishing when we come back. We loved to shop in Venice. There was a good variety of shops and restaurants in the area. One of our favorite restaurants was The Crow’s Nest in Casey Key. The local fish is excellent. Try the Grouper! The owners of the villas/beach houses were so hospitable, considerate and helpful. They provided lots of information on the area beaches, attractions and places to eat. You will NOT be disappointed if you stay here!

Home from Home! This villa was our perfect holiday retreat. After a 30 hour delay, and arriving at 1:30 am in the morning, we were relieved to find the villa just as described. Our hosts had left the lights and air conditioning on, the beds were made up and ready, there was even a welcoming breakfast basket. Our only regret was the short time we were able to stay there. We explored the other beaches, Lido and Siesta Keys, Venice, but each time we voted Nokomis beach the best! Don't miss out on their recommendation of Anita's restaurant either. Thank you Lisa and Tim (and kids) for making us feel so welcome. Hope to come back again in the near future
