This is a Dolphin Unit with spectacular unobstructed views of the beach and ocean from both the front and side. This is not your typical beach rental. This unit is beautifully decorated and provides for great relaxation.
The comfortable living area provides access to a covered balcony directly overlooking the Gulf. This area features a sleeper sofa and other comfortable seating. The living area has satellite TV and DVD.
The fully equipped kitchen features all major appliances. Dinnerware, cookware and utensils are available along with plenty of cabinet space. A full size washer and dryer are available.
The master bedroom features a king size bed along with a dresser, closet and private bath. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with chest and adjoining bathroom.
Pelican Beach is located across from Big Kahuna Water and Theme Park. Covered parking, two tennis courts, indoor/outdoor heated pool, baby pool, large outdoor pool with waterfall, Tiki bar on beach are just a few of the outdoor amenities available. A workout area with sauna are on site.
Pelican Beach is convenient to many wonderful restaurants. Silver Sands, a large factory outlet mall is seven miles away. Destin Commons outdoor shopping mall has a movie theater complex, Hard Rock Cafe, Bass Pro Shop and other shops and is located at the intersection of Mid Bay Bridge and Highway 98, just a few miles away.
Sightseeing at Seaside is just down the highway and eight miles east Sandestin has Baytowne Wharf with shopping and restaurants overlooking Choctowatchee Bay.
