This beautifully furnished condo with gourmet equipped kitchen is the perfect place to relax and have a drink or cappuccino after spending the day on one of the finest beaches anywhere.
Nestled between the Retreat and White Cliffs, on the highest point of the Gulf of Mexico the south-western view looks over the beach to the south and magnificent sunsets directly to the west.
The open floor plan is furnished with two full size sofas and lounge chair with ottoman as well as extremely comfortable dining chairs and table and bar stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has every conceivable item including all new GE Profile stainless steel appliances, Cuisinart, Espresso machine, electric grill, mixers of all kinds. All the bedrooms and living area are equipped with remote control fans and lighting and give access to floor to ceiling glass doors overlooking the beach and western sky. Beautiful electric fireplace i the living room.
New certified Evenflo baby's car seat, Fisher-Price booster seat and Graco Pack-n-Play help to make baby's stay more relaxing. As well a beach umbrella and beach chairs are provided and more beach setups are available for rent on the beach in the summer.
All linens and towels are supplied and the in-unit washer/dryer makes life easy. There are three TVs with HBO, three DVDs, and a Sony surround sound stereo. Two of the TV's are flat screens.
The fitness room is just down the hall on the same floor and has 3 treadmills, 2 stationary bikes, 2 stair masters as well as a full range of free weights, numerous weight machines, exercise mats etc. Seven minutes by car to Santa Rosa Golf Club.
The building itself houses only 48 condo units and is not only user friendly but the right size to enjoy plenty of privacy both at the beach and throughout the building
We are within an easy forty minute drive from either Panama City (PFN) or Fort Walton Beach (VPS) airports or 90 minute drive from Pensacola.

- Our condo is situated on the third floor of a four story building. The building is the only condo DIRECTLY on Blue Mountain beach that is one block away from 30A allowing complete freedom from noise and traffic. It is also situated between two high end private gated residences. It is furnished with the highest quality custom built furnishings. Truly a home away from home. Krups espresso machine, Brown Jordan patio furniture, Sony surround sound and TV's, unit specific wireless internet and fabulous sunsets. The finest restaurants are along 30A which also has an adjacent wide and safe 26 mile bicycle path. Also the only unit with a 50 inch fireplace. Gorgeous! Two Sun Mountain golf carts and two quality golf bags are located in the unit and the Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club is only 7 minutes away. As Santa Rosa members we are able to arrange special golf and tennis rates.

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo in August. It was perfect for our family and a really nice unit in a great location on a beautiful beach.
