Gorgeous Gulf front villa condo at "El Galeon By The Sea" . This lovely 2 bedroom/2 bath unit is part of a 20 unit villa condo complex situated directly on the beach on prestigious Manasota Key. Because this is a relatively small complex , it offers guests a more lay back and relaxed atmosphere . "By The Sea" is the newest complex in the El Galeon Resort . It has its own private beach and is only a 2 minute walk from Englewood Public Beach. Swim in the heated pool or in the Gulf of Mexico outside your door. The complex also offers an elevated private deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, with tables, chairs, and chaise lounges from where you can soak up the sun , have a beachside BBQ and witness some of the most spectacular sunsets on the Gulf coast. Fishing in this area is second to none, whether it be off the surf, in the local flats and waterways or out in the Gulf of Mexico. If boating is your pleasure, you can rent or bring your own boat and dock it at El Galeon By The Sea's private boat docks situated right across the street on Lemon Bay. Several restaurants and shops are within walking distance of this lovely complex and major shopping, dining, golfing and other activities are a short drive away on the mainland which is easily accessed via Manasota Key's 2 non toll bridges.
Englewood is only a 5 minute drive, Venice ...15 minutes....Sarasota...45 minutes ...Ft. Myer's 60 minutes and Tampa is approx. an hour and a half to the north . Day trips to amusement parks can easily be arranged.
This 2 bedroom/2 bath villa condo is fully furnished and equipped including washer/dryer right in the unit. All you need to bring are your personal belongings. Thank you so much for all your help, Marg. I know we took up a lot of your time, but you were so gracious and easy to work with. We very much appreciated it and it made all the difference in our last minute getaway. The place was way beyond what we expected. Nice change, as we have had a number of bad experiences where owners misrepresented their properties. The location was perfect..great beach, loved sitting on the sundeck watching the sunsets , sharing a glass of wine. Great to be able to walk to restaurants...our favourite was the Lock and Key. We will definately be back, first chance we get. Thanks again!!

What a gorgeous spot. This was our first trip to Manasota Key and it was everything we could have hoped for. The condo was spotless, the complex was well cared for and the weather was incredible! We were truly able to relax and get some much needed R & R. This property was probably the best we have been to in recent years and we will definately be back. My sister and her husband will be calling to book something for April. Thanks again for all the time you spent putting together the perfect vacation for us.
