Located on the second (above ground) floor, the apartment is reached by stairs. It is situated in a monument building that has been recently renovated. The apartment is located across the front of the building and both the bedroom and living area are situated side-by-side, both with magnificent canal views.
This apartment gets lots of light, with a wall of north-facing, floor-to-ceiling windows that extend from living area to bedroom. It has 4 meter (13 feet.) high ceilings and measures approximately 65 square meters (±700 square feet) which are divided between the very spacious, romantic bedroom and open, modern designer (Gaggenau) kitchen.
