  I stayed at this place for a wedding at the Ritz, and I could not have been more happy. It is a large space with every amenity needed for great days at the beach and relaxing and cooking at home. The owner is very professional and accommodating. The place is quiet but close enough to restaurants and beaches, and there is a local shuttle that will take you all around Kapalua. The view of the golf course and ocean in the distance is beautiful to wake up to every morning. I highly recommend this place and will return next time I am in Maui.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We had a wonderful time at the condo. We stayed there with our almost 2 year old toddler for 5 nights. The condo was in great condition and had everything we needed. It was the perfect accomodation with all sorts of amenities. The view was beautiful from the lanai. The area around it was stunning. We so enjoyed our stay there. Brent was so organized and had everything arranged for us despite a late night arrival. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It helped make our stay in Maui comfortable and memorable.

  When we walked into the condo the fist thing we noticed was the balcony overlooking the beautiful golf course and the ocean view between the trees. This was the setting for coffee and breakfast in the morning and sunset watching in the evening. Because the kitchen is completely stocked we will able to enjoy many evening dinners at the condo along with using the barbecue at the pool that is only a few steps from the front door. Another plus is the 2 full bathrooms, the extra shower came in handy along with the washer and dryer. You won't need to bring beach toys, the walk in closet has snorkels, boogie boards, beach towels, and picnic items, pretty much everything you need for fun at the beach that is a nice walk from the condo. We also enjoyed happy hour at the Pineapple Grill located at the golf course. The town of Lahina was a great place, to shop, and find many activities to do, we enjoyed the sunset cruise, and whale watching from there. The pictures give an accurate description, the condo was very clean and well maintained. The owner answered all our questions and never failed to get right back to us with any answers we needed. We would and already have recommended this property to family and friends. Its great for couples who just want to get away and relax or families who want all the conveniences of home in Hawaii with lots of fun things to do close by. We had a wonderful 10 days, snorkeling, sight seeing, shopping, zip lining, hiking, golfing and this condo was the perfect location to be able to enjoy all these activities.

  This was our 10th visit to Kapalua and one of our best. This unit was a great value. It was clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The lanai was lovely with a great view of the 10th hole. The unit is conveniently located to the pool, grill and covered parking. Brent was easy to work with and very accommodating. Will certainly try to return to this unit again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

  Condo was good. Was not notified by Brent that ongoing construction was happening or otherwise would not have rented unit. Had to eat breakfast before 7:30 a.m. Lunch and the outdoor pool was also out because construction went on until 4:30 p.m. Called Brent who stated no one previously who rented complained about construction issues. That I found hard to believe. Hawaii would have been heaven if not for construction Monday through Friday. I wonder how many others after our rental date will have the same issues.

  We really enjoyed our stay in your wonderful condo in Kapulua, and had a great time! The clean condo had everything we needed for a fun family vacation! The kitchen was well equipped to make meals for our family (saved a ton of money since Hawaii restaurants are quite expensive). You can use the gas BBQ by the pool to grill up your dinner. The condo also came with boogie boards, noodles, coolers, ice packs, beach towels, and beach chairs to enjoy a fun day at the beach. We loved the location of the condo at the Kapulua Golf Resort, as it is in an upscale peaceful area. The kids reported that the sleeper couch was quite comfortable. The swimming pools were modern and very clean, and the kids loved swimming in the pools. Definitely go to Kapulua Bay for snorkeling and fun at the beach, it really is only 3 minutes away and so beautiful. Stop by Costco in Kahalui after you pick up your rental car by the airport to save money on food. If you have a family, renting a condo is the way to go…why pay for one room with double beds in a hotel, when you can have a wonderful condo for the same price! I would highly recommend this great condo especially since the owner, Brent, has high integrity and really went out of his well to ensure our stay was THE BEST! Brent was easy to work with, answered all of our questions, and is definitely trustworthy. Thanks, Brent, for a fantastic stay at your beautiful condo!   We just returned from our first trip to Maui and can't wait to go back!! The condo far exceeded our expectations -- it felt like home from the moment we arrived! We spent lots of time on the lanai, in the pool, BBQ'ing at the grill, snorkeling in Kapalua Bay, and enjoying the beautiful views. We will DEFINITELY stay here again!   We have stayed in four Kapalua condos and this unit is easily our favorite. It feels like home within an hour of arrival. The Golf Villas complex is beautiful and the condo is clean, very comfortable, and has absolutely everything we need. The lanai is huge and we spend a lot of time there enjoying the views and just absorbing the Maui experience. Our favorite time is early morning, with the sound of birds, the serenity of the golf course below and all the incredible flowering trees and Cook pines. The nearby pool is immaculate, with well maintained gas grills that we use often. From the condo it is an easy walk down to the Kapalua Bay beach, one of the most beautiful spots on earth, as well as the Napili Bay beach. We have already booked our next stay in this condo, which will be our third. We can't wait to get back!
