Come enjoy our spacious 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in one of the most beautiful spots in all of Maui. Located directly on the 10th fairway of the Kapalua Bay Course can be both entertaining and comical as you watch the golfers pass by. A picturesque ocean view with the island of Lanai in the background will make you want to get up at the crack of dawn so you never miss a thing.
Our condo is comfortably decorated in island decor, with plenty of room for four people, and definitely more then enough for just two. Our unit is one level and easy access for handicap or wheelchair. Washer and dryer on site in the condo as well. Also, just steps away is a refreshing pool and BBQ area.
All within a five minute walk is the incredible Kapalua Bay, one of the best snorkel spots on the island; Napili Bay, great for families with a beautiful beach and water activities, and all the other Kapalua facilities which can also be accessed with the complimentary Kapalua Resort Shuttle. Don't forget to try out some of the many great restaurants from breakfast to dinner, all within walking distance.
We have also provided for the comfort of our guests, high speed wireless internet, complimentary long distance to the United States and Canada, two DVD players with a video library, and 2 large flat screen televisions with full digital and High Definition service. So for some reason if you feel you need to stay indoors, we will definitely entertain you.
If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing yet exciting vacation then Kapalua is the place for you. You will be working with the owner directly and not a management company. Looking forward to hearing from you!

We chose to buy a condo in Kapalua, Maui, Hawaii based on several main reasons. The great golf in the area, the incredible beaches, snorkeling, fishing, water activities, and the quality, safeness, quietness of the area. There is not a more quieter place to vacation, unless the chirping of birds in the morning bothers you.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
You have less then a five minute walk to (2) of the greatest beaches on Maui. Kapalua Bay and Napili Bay. You are staying on the 10th hole of a great golf course, Kapalua Bay, that hosts an LPGA tournament in October. Also, a very private pool is located just next to the unit. Most of the time you have it all for yourself. Inside the unit, we offer also free wireless internet, as well as (2) flat screen high definition televisions. Wind down in style.

Brent and Heidi Fleshman would like to welcome you to our favorite Hawaiian retreat. We are avid beach goers and golfers, and have chosen Kapalua, Maui, Hawaii as our place to be. We live in Idaho, USA and spend as much time as possible in Maui, which never seems to be enough. Brent is a Head PGA Professional at a golf club and uses his winter time off to work on his golf game, and snorkel the rest of the time.
