Welcome to our beautiful North Shore Retreat. Walking distance to Hideaways Beach, Emmalani Court is overflowing with lush plants and palm trees, and our unit in particular offers the best this complex has to offer. The unit is ideally situated overlooking the 8th fairway of a world class golf course, with the ocean as a backdrop. Having a view of the big blue ocean from the couch really gives our place that extra vacation feel. As you'll see from the pictures, few units in this complex enjoy such a great view. The pool has also been completely retiled, and there are gas grills in the pool area.

We love walking out onto the cliffs and watching the sunset from the benches, looking down from the cliffs as the giant swells come in. This spot is its own nature reserve as well, with Nene nesting and mating always an interesting spectacle. The lanai is perfect for watching tee shots or just waking up with an espresso, watching the sunrise over the golf course. Jumping in the hot tub after a long hard day of surfing is always rewarding! Walking distance from two restaurants this is an ideal spot to spend a week's vacation.

My wife loves luxury, so we've bought all new furniture and artwork. We've also supplied our little haven with luxurious linens, 2 plasma TV's, Wired and Wireless high speed internet and we even have XBOX 360/DVD set up with games for the kids (read :me). With HD movies available on demand and separate, powerful Air Conditioners in each room, luxury and nature truly come together for the perfect getaway. Did we mention 2 mountain bikes for exploring around Princeville and all its beauty!

We pride ourselves on keeping the place squeaky clean, knowing what its like to arrive at a place that's less than perfect. My better half is a neat freak, and as we spend a good amount of time at the unit, we promise you wont find any dirt or unexpected friends from outside. We also provide a 24/7 on-island contact number in case of any appliance issues or questions. Feel free to give us a call if you have any questions and please read comments from recent guests, we have posted all responses, not just the good ones.   • The photos are spot on! A clean comfortable condo with lots of extras. The bikes, boogie boards, Xbox and TV were great. Short walking distance to scenic views. The cooking facility was great with a grocery store a short bike away. Hanalei is close enough for great excursions. Overall two thumbs up!! Thanks for making this available.

The condo was very spacious, meticulously detailed (and clean), quiet, and we enjoyed being greeted by a variety of different birds in the morning while eating brekfast on the lanai.   • What a wonderful place to stay! Comfortable, roomy, beautifully decorated, and, most of all, peaceful. Most days we walked to the edge of the bluff and saw whales spouting and splashing. Annini Beach was close and was a wonderful place for swimming. A lovely vacation!

  • Really nice large condo (for Hawaii), superb location on the Golf Course and only a few hundred feet from the edge of a bluff overlooking the ocean. Neat sunsets - nice extras like xbox, wide/flat screen TVs and DVR. Nicely furnished. Quiet complex - we often had the pool to ourselves. Owner and maintenance staff were very responsive. Great quiet location for your princeville Kauai getaway.

The view of the golf course, the birds every morning, the great coffee machine and the bikes to use - all combined for a very enjoyable time. while the bike back up the hill from Hanalei was a workout, the breakfast and shopping made it all worth while.   • When we arrived at the condo we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and beautifully decorated it was. I often started my mornings taking in the ocean view from the living room or back patio. It had all the amenities of home, including two HD TVs with plenty of channels, washer and dryer, air conditioning, and several ceiling fans. The location was also wonderful. The condo is very close to the town of Hanalei, has a nearby supermarket, and the Princeville Hotel is in walking distance. I have and will recommend this place to friends and family.
