Welcome to the perfect beach get-away. Enjoy beautiful views, luxurious accomodations, at a very affordable price.. Timbercreek 18B is an ABSOLUTELY gorgeous 3 bedroom/2 bath condominium with stainless appliances - Granite countertops - wood floors and wonderful furnishings!

Every room is decorator perfect - with a delightful blend of upscale cottage decor and a few special antiques for beachy comfort. Enjoy the panoramic Marsh view from the great room and screened in porch. Expect to see heron, osprey, and dolphins!

We think you'll love our screened-in porch with Carolina rockers, bistro table, and Pawley's Island hammock, or dining outdoors on the open air deck.

The bedrooms (king, queen and two twins) feature wonderful pillowtop mattresses, and luxurious bedding. The master is truly a haven with a private bath and sliding glass door to the deck for enjoying the marsh view.

Special touches include a 42 inch flat screen T.V with Direct TV, free internet access, wine refrigerator, and free long distance calls. The kitchen is beautifully equipped - even down to wine glasses and beer mugs.

TC 18B has a wonderful location. It is a five minute bike or golf cart ride to the beach - grocery - restaurants. The private Timbercreek pool is steps away from the front door.

Our rates include use of TWO golf carts, assorted bikes, beach chairs and towels. All linens, arrival and departure cleaning, fully equipped kitchen, and membership to the spectacular oceanfront Shoals Club. For quiet nights enjoy a great selection of DVDs, CDs and board games.

The Clubs - Your vacation - your choice....

The Shoals Club is a beautiful oceanfront club with beach chair service, elegant dining, heated pool, toddler pool, poolside dining service and a fitness center.

The Bald Head Club provides traditional country club amenities in grand southern style, with excellent dining, fitness facility, pool, golf, tennis, and croquet.

Both Clubs offer wonderful children's activities.

OPTION 1: Shoals Club Only. Included.

OPTION 2: BHI Club Only - add $50.00 per week/$35.00 weekend.

OPTION 3: Both BHI and Shoals - add $150 per week/$80.00 weekend.

  • What a fabulous vacation we had!!! We've rented several houses at BHI over the past 6 years but the Miller's is the best yet. The view is great--sunrises included--and the condo is very comfortable. Elizabeth is a wonderful hostess and has equipped the house with all the comforts of home. We WILL be back to Timbercreek during another BHI escape. I can't wait....

  • We so enjoyed our stay at the Miller's rental. Elizabeth was a joy to work with and the island was awesome. The rental was decorated nicely and very comfortable. The screened in porch provided a good place to play cards, eat lunch, or just relax in the hammock. Our kids caught about 20 crabs from the dock in the back of the rental and we made crab dip! Overall, a very relaxing vaction and one that would be repeatable.

  • We had a marvelous time at BHI! Everything was just delightful – from your lovely Timbercreek, to the ocean, to the pools, to the dock, to the sunrises…. EVERYTHING! I think this may have been our favorite vacation ever! The kids had a blast, and it was so nice to spend such quality time with each other. Thank you so much for everything, Elizabeth. It’s been absolutely wonderful working with you in this process. Hopefully, we’ll be able to return to BHI one day…. Once again, thank you for everything.

  • We have been renting from the Millers for the past 3 years, usually twice a year, and they are just wonderful to deal with...we feel like we're old friends now! Their condo is beautifully furnished and ideally located for fishing, kayaking, grocery store and the village. Of the several places we've stayed on Bald Head, this is the one we repeatedly come back to! We highly recommend it!!

  • We have been renting from the Millers for years - every spring and fall. We have tried several places on BHI, but this is our favorite. The best part of the whole deal is the Millers - they are honest and stand behind their product in a way not common today. For us the location is best on BHI - in the middle between beaches, the grocery and the harbor. If a 5 minutes golf cart ride is too far from the beach, you need another rental. But we find BHI so relaxing, we just don't mind a 5 minute wait from much of anything. If you have questions, ask the Millers or me.

Our 17 year old son was with us and we thought he would be bored hanging out with his "parents", however, on the ferry ride back to get our car and head home, he thanked us!!! It really is a special place and we hope to return in the summer. Your place is obviously a home and beautiful. Thank you.
