Let the sand run between your toes as you stroll along gathering shells and other ocean treasures. Spend hours building sand castles and sunning in the warmth of the Gulf. The lure of the fishing pier, where the catch of the day ranges from Pompano to Shark, appeals to people of all ages.
This excellent location is close to the neighborhood convenience store, ice cream shop, video arcade and a delightful gourmet food and wine store. The decor is an eclectic mixture of cottage, rattan and the beach.
The first level, of this home away from home, offers a fully equipped kitchen, top appliances (refrigerator with ice and water, self cleaning stove, dishwasher and built in microwave), snack bar with stools, and a dining area that welcomes friends and family. Off the kitchen is the main floor laundry which has a full size washer/dryer and ironing accommodations. The family room is very spacious, with comfortable couches,chairs,and pillows. Enjoy the 10x20 first floor balcony that has bueatiful patio furniture(including dining table and chairs as well as reclining chairs).
Access the back yard shower. Blacken the days catch on your charcoal grill and dine outside on the wooden table if you choose. There is never a dull moment with cable TV, DVD, and the video player. Mood setting is just a dial away with the stereo and DVD player. After watching a spectacular sunset, a good night's rest is assured with newer mattresses and plenty of pillows.
The second floor offers a master suite with queen size bed, spacious walk in closet,TV/DVD, and a private 10x20 balcony with furniture to enjoy the ocean sounds and wonderful view. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and walk in closet,and small balcony. Both bedrooms have a full bath.
Extras include: Outdoor shower, double balconies, outside patio table, charcoal grill, DVD and VCR, and ceiling fans in all the rooms. All of these items are provided for your convenience and enjoyment. We appreciate you taking care of them and leaving them in the same condition as you found them.
