This house has air conditioning and the best location, right on Lake Winnipesaukee and 10 mins. from Gunstock Ski Resort. Secure in a gated community, the house is located right on the private sandy beach, adjacent to the children's playground, and steps away from miles of walking trails.
Other amenities include tennis and basketball courts, fishing pond, marina and beach house.
The house has two floors, with the upstairs having two bedrooms and a bath. The Master has a king bed, TV; the second bedroom has 2 (two) bunk beds, (twins over full size- sleeps 6 kids comfortably); and the bath has a full jetted bathtub/shower. Downstairs, there is another bedroom with 2 twin beds, a fully stocked Kitchen, dining area, another bath with shower/tub, and family room with large screen TV, DVD player, stereo system, and CD player. The couch has a queen sized pull out bed.
The deck, has dining area and lounging area, and overlooks the beautiful Paugus Bay.
