Mustique is an incredible luxury condominium. Towering over the Gulf and Little Lagoon, with views all the way to Mobile Bay! Only 2 unit per floor, Mustique offers over 2500 sqft of living space with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths.
Our 11th floor West end unit has the most amazing views on the island. Floor to ceiling windows all along the living room make for breathtaking sunsets!!! Nestled across from the beach but you wont know the difference. It feels like you are floating along in your state room aboard a cruise ship.
Beautifully Decorated! All the comforts of home and then some. Travertine tile in the Living Room, Kitchen and Halls. Kitchen offers GE monogram appliances complete with sub zero refrigerator, down vent range, oven, microwave, ice maker and wine cooler. All bedrooms offer a private bath. Gulf Side master and Lagoon Front Master both have walk in closets, double vanities, Jetted Tubs and stand up showers. All bedrooms have flat screen TV with DVD and satellite.
The interior (kids) room has a bunk bend with trundle and plenty of room for play! A seating area in front of the TV mean mom and dad can relax while the kids enjoy a show!
Panoramic views capture the Gulf, Little Lagoon, Mobile Bay and the Intercoastal Waterway. Unbelievable sunset views from this condo encompassing the entire west side of the building. Mustique is located on a narrow spit of land between the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon that has one house on the Gulf side, and one on the Lagoon side. In our case, we have our beach on the Gulf side and the building, pools and gazebo on the lagoon on the north side. You have the best of the beach plus great fishing, crabbing and boating on Little Lagoon. Pier with gazebo overlooking the Lagoon.
The building has wonderful amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a pool side spa, steam room, sauna, fitness center, gathering room for meetings and get-togethers, social gazebo on Little Lagoon and more.
