Large deck on two sides for grand view of water, outdoor relaxing and entertainment. Kitchen counters are granite, Bath floors are natural stone. Newly furnished and decorated, new bedding. Third bedroom has a double futon which sleeps 4. Never occupied. Just bring your clothes and settle in for a week of fun and relaxation.

$2450/week
Rate includes cleaning upon departure.
Accepting checks only, no credit cards or debit cards.
References required.
Deposit must be made at least one month in advance of occupancy date
Full payment must be made by 7 days before occupancy date.
Damage costs will be deducted from deposit & balance mailed to you within 10 days
