This beautiful designer furnished waterfront condo is on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas, conveniently located on Lakeland Drive off of Central Avenue.
This unit is an upper level unit with one car garage. The large balcony overlooks Lake Hamilton, just a few feet from the waters edge.
The open floor plan is great for entertaining or just relaxing in the living room with a 37" TV and doors opening to the balcony overlooking the lake. The kitchen has granite counters, breakfast bar, all appliances and is stocked with everything you will need!
The large Master Suite has a king bed, office area and private living area with a flat screen television, doors to a private balcony overlooking the lake and a large private bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower. The Master Suite is 1200 square feet! The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed, with doors to the balcony overlooking the lake. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a separate bath. The development has a large swimming pool and a boardwalk along the waterfront.

We stayed at these condos in August of 2008. We are a family of 5. It was absolutely wonderful! I would & have recommended these rental's to many. From the entry way to the beautiful view from the back deck, the towels, sheets, beds, decor, not to mention how clean & equipped with anything we even thought of needing! Hoping we can get away again soon to Hot Springs & the wonderful condos we stayed in.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I would love to give this stay a better review but there were to many issues that I felt I needed to be up-front for the next possible renters. The Condo itself is beautiful but from there it goes downhill. When we applied for the rental, I did not recieve any response so my wife had to call. We were told that the places were overbooked so we did get this place for a better price. When you first arrive, it's hard to believe this is the place you've rented. Why? Because it looks like a half-finished development zone with boat trailers, old trash and building supplies lying around and look to have been there for some time. First impression was that this place has been left to the environment. It does get better when you get to the Condos. The listing states a King sized bed in the Master Suite and in one of the other bedrooms. The Master suite is a queen sized bed. There is only one King size. There also is NOT a one car garage in this unit even though it states there is. When it's 102 degrees outside, not having the garage made for some scalding times in our vehicles. Although I do not mind a couple of spiders or wasps, when vacationing with 4 women, having a patio that is overwhelmed so much so that they would not go outside the entire weekend, makes for a displeasurable experience. I had to purchase cans of spray and destroy dozens of wasp nests and killed orb and black widow spiders the first hour we were there just so I could go outside. Although a non-smoking condo, it smelled as if someone did smoke in the house recently, it permeated bed pillows especially strong. This place could be quite extraordinary but it's the little things that have taken it down to being just an acceptable place to stay for a weekend.

LAKELAND HARBOR IS A FULLY DEVELOPED PROPERTY AND THIS UNIT HAS A GARAGE, 2 KING SIZE BEDS, IN THE MASTER AND GUEST ROOM, AND ONE QUEEN IN THE ADDITIONAL GUEST ROOM. FURTHER, WHY DID YOU RENT A CONDO IF IT DID NOT MEET YOUR REQUIRNMENTS. WE WOULD APPRECIATE IF YOU WOULD NOT DEPRIVE OUR CUSTOMERS OF A WONDERFUL VACATION BY GETTING YOUR AND INFORMATION INFORMATION CORRECT.
