There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom, located at the back of the apartment, and a double sized sleeper sofa in the living room, which is in the front of the house. A fully equipped, eat in kitchen is located in the center of the apartment.
The kitchen includes a full sized refrigerator, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave and coffee maker. The full bath is just off the central hallway. Laundry facilities are provided just off the bedroom. Wireless Internet is provided along with TV and cable in the bedroom.
All bed and bath linens are provided. As with all apartments in our system, daily housekeeping and breakfast are not included. Reserved off street parking is available for an additional $12/day.

The apartment is located at 10th and M. Street’s, NW Washington DC, 1 block east of the Convention Center. Access to Washington’s Metro (subway) system is at the Convention Center station, 2 blocks away. The White House, Museum of American History, Museum of Natural History, International Spy Museum and Archives are all within walking distance or a short 2-stop ride on the Metro.

The apartment requires a MINIMUM stay of THREE nights at all times. Rates are based on your dates of travel (Washington’s peak season is Spring thru Fall), your length of stay and the number of persons in your party.
