Graduation - 7 night minimum, Parent's Weekend - 4 night minimum
$500 booking fee is due within 5 calendar days of reservation.
Booking fee converts to damage deposit and is reimbursed upon good inspection
50% deposit due within 14 calendar days of booking.
Deposit is refundable up to 60 days before arrival, then becomes non-refundable.
50% balance due within 30 calendar days of arrival.

Wonderful Home Away From Home!!!

Our family has stayed in this awesome property for the past three years while attending Parent's Weekend at the AFA. The home is in immaculate shape and is very spacious. There's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing, or hang out together in their nice, newly furnished family room. There is a nice barbeque area in the backyard that includes a table and room for the kids to play. This property is only 5 minutes from the Academy and just down the road from the many restaurants and stores Colorado Springs has to offer. The owners are wonderful people-very professional and easy to work with. The extra treats they provide offer a nice touch-fruit and cheese tray, flowers, wine, a special coffee, and bathroom goodies. Before we rented this property, we had thought about renting a couple of hotel rooms, but the idea didn't seem too appealing. We really wanted something a little "homier" where we could relax and enjoy the company of our son whom we don't get to see too often. This property far exceeded our expectations. We are looking forward to spending Parent's Weekend 2011 and Graduation 2012 there as well!

The rental is awesome! The convenience this location offered was well worth the money! Just got back from an incredible 2010 Air Force Academy graduation. This home is immaculate and the proximity to the Academy makes this a perfect place to stay for the week. The owners are wonderful and go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need - even things you might have forgotten to pack! The wine, flowers and chocolate covered strawberries were a very nice welcome. There is shopping close by and a beautiful park just down the street (if you have kids or just want to walk). You will not find a better location in Colorado Springs. The home is huge inside and offered plenty of space for the extra people that showed up for the actual graduation party. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat!
