This was our 5th visit to Mexico Beach and our second stay at this condo. We love it! The condo is gorgeous, well maintained and clean! Its location is perfect and it has all the comforts of home and more! We will definitely rent here again and highly recommend it for families that love the beach and fishing. The owner is honest, friendly and accommodating. We have absolutely NO complaints.

Our week at this vacation townhouse was indeed enjoyable. My husband, daughter, granddaughter and myself found this to be very upscale and convenient. We were able to enjoy local resturants, the pool, the beach and even the pier without fighting CROWDS! We ate at three local places (Toucan's. Mango Marley's and The Fish House), liking the fresh shrimmp at Mango Marley's best. Travel to and from Panama City beach was no trouble those times we sought more activity or "name" attractions. (Can recommend Sea Dragon Pirate cruise out of P.C.beach for a family venture!!) We found that the local "grocery" store had items we needed to balance out our menus and the prices were not out of reason. There is even a local fresh fish/shrimp shop across the highway in walking distance from the townhouse. Even though we did not need a marina, there is one close by. The beach is only a short walk down the street (without having to cross the highway!!). With lights in the pool and around the pool, early evening swimming is very nice and with the pool only steps away from the back porch, it doesn't require alot of thought or planning to say "Let's go for a swim!" . We found that the description of this property, the photos, the appearance and the amenities were not overstated. The personal touches added to the decor made us feel that we were visiting friends instead of being in a rental property. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

My family has stayed in this unit serveral times. The unit is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well furnished. It is a great place for family's. The pool is at the back door. Beaches are great. I highly recommend.

We spent 2 1/2 months of the winter here in Mexico Beach. The condo was very roomy, comfortable, and well equip for our extended stay. The owners are easy to work with and very accommendating. The area is on a beautiful white sand beach that stretches for miles.all within a short walk from the condo, We enjoyed the fishing, the many neat seafood restraurants and the laid back community. There are many other "Seniors" (snow birds from the north) here during the winter months, many of us coming back every winter.

We visit the Mx Beach area 3 to 4 times/yr for about 15 yrs to fish. We have rented many nice places in the area, but your unit was the nicest unit we have been in, beautifully decorated and well equipped. We had 7 adults and 4 children in our party and were very comfortable in your unit. The boys, Grand children, certainly enjoyed your third level balcony bed, screen porches and of course the pool and beach. We look forward to our next visit. The McInturff Family

The townhouse will far surpass your expectations. The house is clean, inviting, close to shopping, the beach, the pool, etc. We loved it and plan on many returns in the future.

This condo greatly exceeded our expectations! The pictures cannot express the airy, relaxing feel of the spaces with high ceilings and expansive spa quality bathrooms! The floorplan allows complete privacy and balconies/porches for each bedroom making it perfect for getting away from your crowd. Unlike most vacation homes, everything from the linens to the decor to the bbq grill is of excellent quality! The pool is steps away and the beach is very close. Most of the best restaurants are within walking distance and panama city is only 30 minutes away. The pier is very close and the marina with a boat ramp is directly across the street. Our family had a wonderful time here and will definitely be returning!

Wonderful place, our family enjoyed everything ! Kids especially pool out back. Met very nice people and kids made friends. Not far to Panama Beach and other activities. Will recommend to others !!

This condo was AMAZING! Very new and neat. Anytime we come to Florida this is were we will stay. The pool out back is perfect as well for those who are bringing little children. We had a great experience and enjoyed the stay!

What a wonderful place! The condo is absolutely lovely, the owners have thought of everything. The screened porches provide wonderful places for relaxation. To be able to walk out several steps to the pool is so very nice. We spent a delightfully relaxing week in this condo, we would most definitely return.

My family spent the week of April 14th at this condo at Mexico Beach. We had a wonderful time. The accomodations are super. The condo is fabulously decorated and was equiped with everything we needed. The living room deck is probably ten feet from the pool. The beach was super clean and very quiet, unlike some of the more crowded beaches like Panama City. However, if the business of Panama City is what you are looking for, Panama City is only 45 minutes away. We went over to PC twice during our stay for dinner and for the kids to take in the attractions. This is a great place to get away. It feels very comfortable but also upscale at the same time.

This condo is BEAUTIFUL!!! These pictures don't even do it justice. It is a wonderful place to stay if you are looking for peace and quiet or if you are looking to go somewhere with friends and have a good time. We will definitely be coming back for our next vacation to stay in this condo!! It is WONDERFUL!!!
