Welcome to Sunny Kapoho on the Big Island of Hawaii
We wish to invite you to the warmth of our new house. Our brand new house is located in Kapoho Beach Lots, a gated community. We are just 30 miles from the Hilo airport on the Big Island.
Our beautiful new vacation rental features 2 bedrooms, one bath and sleeps 6.
The open floor plan with large tile lanai gives you a feeling of peace. Sit in almost any location of the house and you can watch the ocean. Keep an eye out in the evening for passing cruise ships. Trade winds and the rustling of palm trees lull you to sleep. Watch the twinkle of stars from either bedroom. You will not believe how many you can see.
Walk to Champagne Pond (about three blocks away) and enjoy snorkeling with tropical fish and sea turtles or swim in your own above ground pool.
And the best part, Brenda, our property manager will contact you prior to your arrival. Brenda also owns her own travel agency and can assist with your flights, rental car and even Island tours. She will stock your fully equipped kitchen with any preferred groceries and will even provide you with a menu of her fabulous cooking, which she will prepare on site. Additional fees apply for Brenda’s services.
The house is now complete. The pool is in. Landscaping is still in progress.
