Hello, My friends and I stayed at the Punta Cancun Condos in February of 2013....The condo is very nice, well equipped and is spacious...we were well received by Sylvia ( wish she spoke more english) on our arrival...the best thing is the proximity from all the action and security in the complex...The only negatives are that the nearest super market is at least 20 min by bus, all the Oxo's mini market don't sell bread or milk or stuff like that. The other negative is that it would have been nice to have a small BBQ on the balcony, like some other condos have in the complex. Weather was great, however, there is no sun at the pool after 2:30 p.m because of the Riu Palace Hotel right next door. Thank you Frank and Sylvia Sent from my iPad Sent from my iPad

Incredible vacation!

We recently stayed in this condo for a friends 40th birthday bash. We were a group of 6 friends coming from all over the US. Chuck and Frank set us up with airport transfers which was incredibly helpful. They also have a wonderful property manager Matt! He greeted us upon arrival and had stocked the condo with snacks and beverages- for a nominal fee (we sent him a grocery list) which only added to the convenience. We had also arranged for Matt to come in on Saturday night and cook a surprise birthday dinner for our friend. What an incredible treat! An Italian meal...it was incredible and such a wonderful experience to have the dinner prepared and served to us while we all enjoyed each others company. The condo was INCREDIBLE. We had a fantastic time. My group of friends had never rented through VRBO before....they were a tad nervous that it wasn't going to live up to the photos...but let me tell you- they were all totally impressed and all admitted this was the perfect vacation. Thank you to Chuck, Frank, Matt and Willy (airport transfer driver)....all went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect trip!!! Cheers! Michele Holder Vancouver, Washington

BEST Memorial Day weekend 2011

Me and 8 Friends stayed at this BEAUTIFUL condo over Memorial Day Weekend and i must say we all had the time of our lives! this has been by far the best vacation we have been on! the condo was veryyy spacious and being that we were a big group no one got in anybodys way! the decor is beautiful!!! these pics do no justice! the rooms are nicely sized as well as the bathrooms! fablous location i couldnt have asked for a better place to stay! u can walk everywhere within a few minutes (restuarants, nightlife AND shopping) very convient!!! the pool is wonderful it actually has a nice waterfall and u can layout and tan while in the pool its great! the beach is RIGHTTT there was the best oceanfront view! the thing i liked the most was it wasnt packed like all the hotels its very private and security is great! u can lay out and not worry about a bunch of people walking around we basically had the pool to ourselves at most times! its located in the middle of everything but still very personal and private! i CANT complain about anything! cant wait to go back! thanks so much to Frank and Chuck!

Chuck and Frank, thank you so much for providing such a beautiful condo. The pictures really don’t do it justice! Punta Cancun is a prime location only about a block from the main night life. The added 24/7 security made all 7 of us feel extremely safe and at home during our week- long stay. The beach was extremely calm on this point of the island, and the pool was always relaxing. There were plenty of lounge chairs available for tanning, and the staff always brought us cushions for the chairs. The view from the balcony onto the turquoise-blue waters was unforgettable. To make things even better, each room had total black-outs and the beds were extremely comfortable. We truly had an amazing time and are looking forward to returning to Cancun. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with friends, loved-ones, and family.

Very modern, classy condo. My friend and I stayed here with our four daughters aged 8, 8, 10, and 10 and we all had a fabulous time. Great central location in Cancun. The pools were very lovely and offered a nice variety of swimming choices, from the heated infinity pool, to the colder plunge pool with fountains, and what our girls like to call the "secret pool" because no one was ever there on the street side of the complex. I also enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa. They had a little package deal for the kids $50 for a manicure, pedicure and 25 minutes massage (it made them feel all grown up). The only negative for us was the lack of beach directly in front of the complex. The water was all the way up to the wall. We were able to go to the beach in front of the Riu right next door, so it was not a big deal. But is sad to see that the beach has eroded so quickly there, I guess it could come back just as quickly. We had exciting excursions to Isla Mujeres for the day, riding golf carts and going to a private beach club called Zama. We also swam with the dolphins and spend a fun-filled day at Wet and Wild. Another fun trip was our afternoon/evening in Playa Del Carmen. The luxury bus ride from the Cancun bus station was only $3.50 per person. Thanks again for renting us your wonderful condo.

I must say that we were a little worried about the Condo experience verses the All-Inclusive. We have now found our new way to relax. This condo is so comfortable, so tastefully decorated, and in the best location in the Hotel Zone. We purchased our food for the week at Walmart upon arriving, and enjoyed home cooked breakfast everyday. Coffee on the balcony is the best overlooking a gorgeous pool, and beach. We played dominoes every evening and ate out most lunches and dinners. The weather in November was perfect. Don't hesitate. Call if you have any questions. Robin

This was one of the most relaxing and luxurios vacations we've had in years. It was a combination of Hawaii and the Carribean all in one. All inclusive, with the fabulous dining opportunities far exceeded my expectations. The condo was so elegant with all the conveniences of a five star hotel. Thank you for making this truly the most memorable vacation my family has had in many years.

What a fabulous place to relax and rejuvinate. I spent incredible mornings with my freshly brewed coffee sitting on the balcony overlooking the turquoise waters, relaxing afternoons by the pool and on the beach, literally just a few steps away. Close to Starbucks, great shopping, and fabulous dining opportunities. The condo is so beautiful and luxurious, but with all the comforts and conveniences of home. An ideal refuge in the heart of Cancun. Thank you for your special care.

This place is beautiful and what a great view of the ocean and great location. The pool is wonderful, was nice just relax and swim just inches from the ocean. Would rent this condo again in a second.

I had the most wonderful vacation and stay in your condo. I was up early every morning and walked out onto the beach. Took a trip to see and swim with the dolphins AMAZING. Then to return to your condo was dream and also like a home. I will return for sure thank you so much.

This place is absolutely stunning, inside and out. By far the most modern, spacious and luxurious accomodations I have ever experienced. Beautifully decorated and literally on the beach, you cannot get any closer to the ocean - the living room windows and balcony offer breathtaking views of it. I am booking this condo for another week in paradise this November.

We had a wonderful time!! The Condo was much more than we could have dreamed! Beautifully decorated yet very comfy. We were thrilled with the awesome views of the ocean and how we were close to everything (walking distance) we wanted to see and do. We will definately be coming back! Great vacation spot!

I just want to say thank you for having such a wonderful place for people like me to stay at! I travel all over the world and must say that I was very impressed with your accommodations. We always rent flats to stay in when in London, Paris, Athens, or Rome. Yours was superior! The view was fantastic. I will surly be looking forward to renting your flat again on my return to Cancun. THis was the most perfect vacation for our family. It was relaxing and so much easier because of the help from our rent manager, Matt. The condo is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located for convenience in shopping or eating out or car rental or the Riu next door with their all inclusive. Without any of the conveniences I wouldn't hesitate to come back. In fact am hoping to soon. Sue DiCara
