Largest floor plan available in Ko 'Olina. Ko 'Olina Kai (our private gated neighborhood) has the only single family homes in the resort. Driest part of the Island = maximum sunshine! Several great beaches are only a few minutes walk away. Private/gated pool with waterfall, children's wading section, jacuzzi, tons of lounge chairs and grilling/dining area is a 1 minute walk. Fitness center & Tennis courts are a 4 minute walk. Best dining on the Island (Roy's) is a 4 minute walk. We have 2 surfboards (perfect for beginners) ready & waiting.
