Large 2/2bath condo with intercoastal waterviews, pool, BBQ, 2 boat docks, tv's in both bedrooms,great split floor plan allows 4 adults plenty of privacy, huge private balcony, a two minute walk to the beach access, Johns Pass is 8 miles away ( a tourist must for shopping / dining ) Clearwater Beach is a 10 minute must do for all ages. Our building is a quiet 6 unit bldg. located at the end of the street on the intercoastal, walking distance to restaurants, lounges, shopping, and the great part...... the beach access is at the end of our street!!!
