Beautifully appointed condo has a breathtaking view from the 9th floor(10 floor building). Watch the sunsets from balcony as well as the ocean and the Sierra Madre Mountains. Go down the elevator directly to 3 huge warm pools, another set of bathrooms (easy to use if your bathroom is occupied), and the private beach with 24 hour security and many palapa's for shade.
The beach is located in the middle of the Bay of Banderas and is considered to be the best beach on the bay. Shallow for many feet into the water and completely sandy. Enjoy whale and dolphin watching from the balcony or go down to the beach and enjoy parasailing, boogie boards, wave runners or sit and read a book under your own palapa. We supply boogie boards for your use. With Dream's Villa Magna 5 Star Resort on campus you can enjoy organized water fun, thatch bars, rooftop Sushi Bar as well as 5 International restaurants and Reggae dancing under the moonlight! Just at ground floor!
Within a half hour to Puerto Vallarta, Bucerias (I have walked there via the beach...about 3 miles), Sayulita..surfing and quaint shops as well as many wonderful golf courses! Excellent, convenient location. If you want to head to El Centro (The main shopping area in Puerto Vallarta) the bus system is terrific and tourist feel very comfortable taking full advantage of it. Catching the bus is easy and close by. Cabs are right outside the gates to the right. No need to call a cab service, just walk a block and grab one :)
Beautiful championship golf courses are just minutes away offering golf for all skill levels. They rent new Taylor Made and Callaway clubs at approximately $45. Vista Vallarta is close by and boasts 2 challenging mountain courses by Nicklaus and Weiskoff with gorgeous views. I also love Marina Vallarta Golf and El Tigre (down the steet!)

Why the Owner Chose Villa Magna
The Nayarit Riviera on the Bay of Banderas has become the hottest vacation spot since 9/11. The weather mimicks Hawaii and we have months of fantastic weather with no rain and blue skies. We enjoy the ocean and ocean view, balmy breezes and mountains with as much fun time as we can handle with no rain and no humidity (until rainy season in Aug, Sept and Oct). This has been the best investment we ever made. We love our condo and enjoy it fully. We have it all..mountains, water and perfect views.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We enjoy the Mexican culture. Our condo affords us modern living with 3 pools and a fabulous beach, but if we want flea markets, quaint towns to walk through, cultural restaurants and activities we can go either South to Puerto Vallarta or north to Bucerias, Sayulita, LaPanita, LaCruz, San Sabastia, Ricon Guayabitos and on and on. Ther is ALWAYS something to do and it is impossible to get bored. I have never traveled anywhere that offered me so much on a daily basis. Even after many visits to our condo, I still get excited about so much to take in and enjoy. In some areas you are stuck on the beach..never on the Bay!
