"The best kept secret in Cozumel" that is what one of our guests had to say. Very private, Villa Eden is one of the most luxurious, private oceanfront villas in Cozumel and maybe the Riviera Maya. Villa Eden is a magnificent 5 bedroom villa located in a beautiful and very private setting surrounded by a lush garden with a 40 foot freshwater pool at the edge of the Caribbean sea.
Two wooden decks for sunbathing, relaxing and for watching incredible sunsets are located 10 steps from the pool at the edge of the water with a ladder of 4 steps to assist you to the crystal clear water in front of the villa, which upon entry is 4 feet deep with sandy bottom. To swim or snorkel there is a treat reserved for the few. A sandy beach is also located within two minute walk from the villa. (But because of the privacy and beautiful water in front, no one ever goes).
The villa is luxurious open and spacious with all 5 bedrooms facing the Caribbean with an ocean view. Each of the bedrooms opens to a small-balcony or the pool garden and has its own bathroom. In addition to the large pool and ocean starting November 2009 a hot tub is going to be added over looking the ocean. there is a third floor roof top garden with a bar for breathtaking views.
The rent includes a house keeper and a gardener. We also offer an optional cook service. We rent direct, that is why the price is right. Thanks.
