My family stayed in this bungalow last summer. The kitchen was filled with ants, the washing machine and oven were broken. The manager overbooked the bungalow and shorted us a day and NEVER reimbursed us after saying she would. Have stayed in other bungalows and this is the dirtiest. Would recommend the bungalows - just not this one.

Great Place for a Great Price. The location was perfect for biking to Seaside or up to the small beach shops. Beach only short walk....we love to come every year.

The neighborhood is nice, it is a short walk to the beach, and about a twenty minute bike ride to Seaside. When I arrived at this bungalow I was very disappointed. It was dirty, not well decorated, and the house as a whole needed some serious updates. We had ants everywhere in the kitchen. They even got into our food. Also, when we arrived there was water in the floor near the laundry. Needless to say, I will not be staying in this unit again. I do not feel like it is worth the money unless you simply do not care about cleanliness.
Owner response:I do offer my sincere apologies. If I had been made aware of the problems they would of been corrected immediately. I had a new cleaning crew on the bungalow that weekend and it helps me to know when these issues arrise. If a leak occurred in the washer area it would of been most helpful to have had it reported. I am sorry but vacation does not insure "life" things don't happen I can only take care of issues as they arise. Ants.....again i could of sent the exterminator out there ....with the extremly dry hot weather we have had in Florida they are seeking water at kitchen areas....it can't be helped and is part of nature. I just wish you had called me and talked to me directly. You are right the unit is in need of updating! It was something to be done this past fall but with the gulf oil spill sorely affecting rentals last year it was moved to this fall. Again, my sincere apologies! Mary
