The Landing is a family oriented complex on west beach with a magnificent view of the lagoon and across from the beach. The Landing is quiet and provides a relaxed atmosphere in order to enjoy both the sun and the sand. The sunsets are breathtaking and can be viewed from the large balcony.
The pier includes six boat slips, a lighted gazebo and all access fishing to little lagoon. There is a private pool surrounded by a gate for safety of the children.
Our unit has an unobstructed view of the lagoon and has a large open floor plan which encourages relaxation. The kitchen has new appliances. New tile floors in the main living area, kitchen and
outside deck.
We welcome Snowbird rentals. Please keep in mind we are on the top floor (3rd floor) and there is no elevator.

Jeff, Thanks so much for offering such a nice condo for our stay in Gulf Shores. It worked out perfectly for our family of 6. All of our children are asking when we can go back. The location was superb and loved the lagoon view more than we had imagined! The fully stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze! We will definately be back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Mr. Jeff & Mrs. Katherine, Once again I just wanted to say thank you for your hospitality. Although, I have stayed in your unit before with my family, this time was a girls only week and all of my friends really enjoyed the stay. They liked that we would spend our days on the beach and our evenings on the lagoon. Definitely the best of both worlds. You are top notch property owners and it was, as always, a pleasure to do business with you.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Just wanted to thank you for the use of your condo. It was great, very clean, and enough beds for everyone. I have never been to Gulf Shores, but really like staying at a small condo community. Kids enjoyed trying to fish in the lagoon, the crane's are even helpful getting the fish off there hooks. The beach is just across the street, so no driving to a beach and having a sandy car to deal with. Thanks again, hope to go there again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family and I stayed in this condo for our Gulf Shores vacation this year, and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay!!! The room was very clean and please let me add that the pictures do not do the room justice. It is very spacious and relaxing. The balcony overlooks the lagoon, and wow, what a view. The oil had arrived on the beaches by the time we arrived, but no worries, we had the private pool and clean lagoon to cool off and play in!!! My kids had a blast and asked me to book this room again if we get to come back in the fall. Before this trip we had always stayed beach front and thought that was the way to go, but I guess I was wrong. We thoroughly enjoyed the privacy that this unit offers and the drive to the activities that we enjoy so much was just a hop, skip and a jump away. Thanks for a great rate and a great time!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
