Our house was built in the New England style, with cedar shake shingles, and has custom trim work throughout. It has an open floor plan on the first floor, with a small away space room with a piano. It has the charm of an older home with all the amenities of new construction.
The house is a corner lot, in a quite neighborhood. It is located across the street from the school, and there is a playground and large field that can be used.
The house is located in the yacht club section, very close to a pool that can be used by the public for a fee, 3 blocks to the downtown section of Bay Head, and a comfortable 5 block walk to the beach.
