The house has been finely preserved and thus maintains its ancient stone structure, which confers to the building a specific aspect of a medieval rampart. The insides are spacey and comfortable, they are furnished with sober elegance, while the essential modern comforts are being available:
Ground Floor - ample sitting - room with fire-place - kitchen and dining-room - a double bedroom - a bathroom;
First Floor - three double bedrooms and one single - two bathrooms (shower and bath);
Second Floor - a double bedroom in tower with vista. The guests can also enjoy the view from the outdoor terrace, the ancient wood heaven ideal for barbecues and bakery, private garage and swimming pool. Badia a Ruoti, the closest village (15 minutes by car from Bucine), is on road n° 540 linking Siena to Arezzo. The Poggiolo is right on the ridge above Badia (800 m. far). |
