Newly renovated and professionally decorated 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bathroom condo in Tifton Cove! It is in the exclusive Sawgrass Country Club subdivision and is in a great location on the 3rd hole of the Sawgass Country Club Golf Course.
Walk to the beach from this condo and to the Sawgrass Beach Club. Condo comes with the option to purchase a temporary membership to the Club for your stay. Please inquire for details.
The condo is a 2-story, end unit with the living areas downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs. The floor plan is open and airy with plenty of space. The large den has 2 sleeper-sofas and 2 accent chairs with ottomans. The kitchen has granite counter tops, a bar and a dining room table to seat 6.
Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has a King size bed and private bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a private bath. The is an additional 1/2 bath on the 1st floor along with a laundry room. The den has 2 Queen sleeper sofas. This condo will sleep a max of 8 people.
This condo is located across A1A from TPC Sawgrass and is convenient for the TPC Championship! Shuttle service back and forth is provided by the neighborhood during TPC week.
