Light and bright with coastal decor. Hardwood floors, carpet, new kitchen and bath. Large private deck with beautiful patio furniture and barbecue grill. Tucked away from the street in a small private garden with adjacent cottage. One queen bed and two twin beds. Off street parking for one car in shared driveway. This cottage is situated on a lot with two other cottages and is tucked away from the street in a small private garden. All three cottages are similar in decor, some variations apply. Walk to everything in town... restaurants, coffee shop at end of street, bars, town park, shopping, entertainment, or take the local open air "Jolly Trolly" at the end of your street on a three minute ride to the Rehoboth Boardwalk. WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY June 1-Sept 1. During the summer months there are no weekend rentals. For weekend rentals in off season, contact us. Rental is Saturday to Saturday Check-in at 3 pm, Check-out at 10 am. Tenants bring sheets, towels, and paper products. $400 security deposit required with rental. Half payment due seven days from receipt of lease, balance due 45 days prior to rental. If you need more room or want to bring friends and family, ask about the cottages that share this property.
