Piper cottage is just four houses and 100 steps from the beach in the heart of Dewey!
Light and bright with coastal decor. Hardwood floors, carpet, new kitchen and bath. Large private deck with nice patio furniture and barbecue grill.
Two bedrooms, one queen bed and the other with two twin beds. Off street parking for one car in shared driveway. This cottage is situated on a lot with two other cottages and is tucked away from the street in a small private garden.
You can walk to everything in town... restaurants, coffee shop at end of street, bars, town park, shopping, entertainment, or take the local open air "Jolly Trolly" at the end of your street on a three minute ride to the Rehoboth Boardwalk.
WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY June 1-Sept 1. During the summer months there are no weekend rentals. For weekend rentals in off season, contact us.
Rental is Saturday to Saturday Check-in at 3 pm, Check-out at 10 am. Tenants bring sheets, towels, and paper products. $400 security deposit required with rental. Half payment due seven days from receipt of lease, balance due 45 days prior to rental.

We stayed here Sept 16 -19 (2011) as the beach is "pet friendly" all day after the 15th. The cottage is in a great location (you can smell the ocean ) and we plan to return next summer. Cottage was clean & fully equipped. Close to restaurants. Our friends stayed in the cottage next door so it was perfect. One day there were 7 dogs playing together on the beach !
Recommended for:Pet owners, age 55+, families with young children.

A charming Dewey Beach "home-away-from-home". Very responsive owner. Fantastic location...set back from the street for a bit of privacy, but so close to the beach. You will LOVE it!
