THIS IS AN AWESOME GROUND FLOOR UNIT THAT IS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS........THIS UNIT HAS A PRIVATE PATIO OVERLOOKING THE POOL AND HOT TUB AREA. THERE IS A HEATED POOL LOCATED JUST OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR OUR WINTER GUESTS. THE BEACH/GULF IS JUST PAST THE POOL AREA. THIS IS A WONDERFUL UNIT FOR GUESTS W/ CHILDREN BECAUSE OF LOCATION OF THE POOL AND BEACH AREA..............SO CONVENIENT!!!!!

What a fantastic place to stay....the pictures say it all and are correct. It is very lovely, comfortable, roomy, well maintained and conveniently located to eating, shopping and nightlife. The kitchen had everything we needed, yes we cooked some, as there were days we didn't feel like getting dressed to go out to dinner after lazying by the pool or beach most of the day. The grounds are well maintained and we loved the covered parking...especially with having a black car! Destin is a short 5 - 10 minute drive with plenty of activities, shopping and eating. But let me recommend "Howl at the Moon" for the fun dueling piano bar and Floyd's Shrimp House for dining, which you can take a short walk on the beach to both or a 2 minute drive. Last but not least, the owner was easy to work with and had great suggestions for dining and activities. We're looking at dates and plan on going back in September to enjoy this wonderful condo again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children.

Thanks Johnette for sharing your condo with our family. We loved it. We were able to all hang out by the pool and enjoy the warm sunny February days! We loved the ground floor accommodations and the patio that connected to the pool area. No steps to climb and easy access to the beach and pools. The beds were very comfortable as well, Thanks again for everything. Would recommend this condo for your next vacation.

This condo was beautifully decorated and its location was perfect with children. The pool was right out our door, with another just out the front door. We all loved the lazy river. Thanks for a great vacation!
