First floor property (you don't have to walk up stairs). Since it is a beach front property, there are no trails or paths in front of the property keeping it very private and peaceful. Superb for a family vacation, steps away from the beach, infinity pool, main waterpark, with waterslides, pool with fountain and water guns. Other amenities include playgrounds, volleyball net, 2 kayaks. this is a wonderful place to stay and if you love the beach this is the place. the beach is just a few steps from the condo. security is a+ and i don't think you can get a more secured place. the condo is very nice and everything that you need is there. close to everything. would recommend to any one. 5 stars. better than staying in hotel. thank you for a great vacationRecommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

My husband and our parents rented this condo back in March 2010. My husband family is from Vieques and Fajardo, Puerto Rico, so there was some concern about us staying in Loiza. We love to experience new things so I researched other reviews about other traveler’s experiences in Loiza and said what the hay!? The drive from San Juan was approximately a 30 minute drive which gave us an opportunity to see other parts of the island. When we arrived in the town of Loiza we were all very concerned, because we were in the heart of the local people. The condo is located in a gated community right outside the police station so safety isn’t an issue. It can look scary but it wasn’t in the less bit scary. The owner of the condo Lillian was there to greet us and we instantly loved her. She was very accommodating and had everything in the condo from bug propellant to coffee. The view was splendid (ocean front). At all times we felt like we were at an exclusive resort (absolutely great). However, there were two things that could be improved upon; 1) upgrade the beds in guestrooms they were futons and didn’t provide a good nights sleep (very hard on the back), and 2) we weren’t aware of an electricity charge for running the air condition. Other than that, I would definitely go back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My family and I had a great time during our stay at this property the third week of December 2009. My daughter and wife loved the place and cannot wait for our next trip to the location. Lillian & Sergio were great with us and very attentive to our needs during our stay… Aquatika is a great place for kids who like pool activities and to share family time. We love the location of the apartment because the living, dining, kitchen & master bedroom had unobstructed view to the beach and ocean. We did not take a dip at the beach due to rough seas …but we more than OK because of the pools at the facilities. The security at Aquatika was very good but we don’t recommend walking outside of the facilities at night because of safety concerns. We think our stayed was two thumbs up!
