This is a premier property, located above the famed Puerto Vallarta Malecon (boardwalk). Each level (there are three), has it's own unique vista of the Bay, the City & the surrounding mountains. The top deck, with the best vantage point, offers nearly unparalleled, panoramic vistas that are awe inspiring.
Each day offers an array of boating activity on the bay, from cruise ship arrivals and departures to fishing boats and whale watching excursions. At night the views transform to softened city lights and an evening fireworks display from the Marigalante 'Pirate Ship' cruise that lights up the bay for a few minutes each night.
Your entry to the house is through a gated and secure front entrance and straight ahead past the office area and through the open courtyard to the master suite. Here you will find a private windowed bath, double onyx sinks with all hard surfaces done in marble. The suite is topped off with its own private terrace for relaxing and viewing.
Back at the open courtyard are native plants, a waterfall/fountain and the adjoining office area. The office has ample work area with both hard wired and wireless cable internet available.
Up the stairs you will find a full, modern kitchen with additional workspace in the form of a kitchen island. All of the surfaces tastefully appointed with solid granite tops. Water to the kitchen is filtered for additional safety. Also on this level is the living area, with cable TV, stereo, DVD and a built-in surround sound system. Further back beyond the open area created by the courtyard is the 2nd bedroom and a second full bathroom.
The top floor has a separate living cabana with an additional full bath. Also on this level is an outdoor palapa with ample space for entertaining and relaxing. It features a large gas fired BBQ grill, additional refrigerator and side sink. As if that weren't enough, the top level has its own dipping pool for cooling off and relaxing. The pool has easy access in and out and multiple seating areas. Sitting in the pool and relaxing as you view out over the bay and the pool seems to transform to become part of the bay and your unobstructed views. The pool is heated to a comfortable mid-eighties temperature (a rarity in Mexico), to further your enjoyment during the cooler Winter evenings & early morning hours.
The property is fully air-conditioned including ceiling fans in the palapa entertainment area and in each bedroom when A/C is not needed. Twice weekly maid service is included in your rental fee. Rarities abound in this well thought out villa. You will find ample lighting and numerous electrical outlets for your convenience.
The location is superb, as you are only a 5 minute walk from the Malecon and all that downtown has to offer. There are numerous restaurants & shops close by within walking distance.
The villa receives its million dollar views from its vantage point on the crest of the hill. As such, the walk up the street can be a workout for some and out of the question for others. Inexpensive taxis are plentiful in Puerto Vallarta and living across the street is Jaime, your personal, bilingual taxi driver.
