The townhome has sweeping ocean views that can be enjoyed from the family room and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The 400 sqft deck has a plunge pool. The spacious townhome has ensuite bedrooms and many amenities such as boogie boards, volleyball, tennis rackets, a stocked kitchen, BBQ, videos, books and games.
