I stayed here with a colleague for 3 nights while we attended a tradeshow at the convention center. So convenient - literally across the street. Apartment is very clean and well equipped. Owner could not have been more helpful. Comfortable beds. Close to a grocery store, and 2 blocks from the beach. Great restaurants around - try Ola for a splurge excellent. I'll certainly rent again if we come back to Miami.Owner response: Thank you

I wasn't crazy about the apartment at first. Especially the smell of it. I think it may not have had anyone in it for a few days. However, all we had to do was open the windows and let the fresh sea air come in and it was wonderful after that. The place really has everything there for you for a long stay. The apartment is fully stocked with everything from kitchenware and appliances to a baby chair and coolers and other things for the beach. The Wi-Fi was important to us and that is a big plus for this apartment. Parking was also important and that is taken care of here, unlike many other places in the area that offer no parking at all to guests. We didn't bother going to the pool area because the beach is only 3 blocks away so we swam in the ocean every day instead.Owner response: I do not open the windows because have Central AIR. Maybe you did not like the air freshener smell in every room. The previews tenants were from Russia & the they left in the morning.

We chose this apartment originally because of its location. Our purpose of travel was to attend at a trade show in the convention center. Well, it turned out to be much better than we anticipated. Safe parking included, the apartment had a functional and fast WiFi Internet, which made our evening "office hours" easy. Octagon tower's (that's how the apartment building is called) location near to all the restaurants and tourist amenities helped us to spend the little time out we had, effectively. It only takes 20 minutes to drive to the airport. Siggy, as a person, is very helpful, trustworthy landlord whose proactive hints were also appreciated by us. We stay from 01/24/2013-01/27/2013. From the moment we arrived we were pleased to receive the customer service other property owners SHOULD be providing to their customers.Siggy met us as the property and spend just the right amount of time with us- not too much to be overbearing but enough for us to know what we needed to know.You can't get any better than this in South Beach. Situated conveniently on Washington Ave. (across from The Convention Center), this apartment is spacious, clean, safe (with doorman, elevator and parking, if you need) and walking distance to everywhere you'd like to go - shopping at Lincoln Road, The Beach, the clubs on Collins and Washington, etc Even before we arrived the communication lines were open and any questions I had we're answered almost instantaneously, which is big for me. This place is all you need if you want to stay at Miami Beach. Just pefect for 4 adults.Owner Very Helpfull and pleasant. We’ll be back in town and if the condo is available we will be staying there. Place is right across the street from the convention center. The apartment was very well appointed with everything we could possibly need. Just like being at home.
