The interior is tastefully decorated with comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, wonderful views of the signature hole at Spanish Wells and 2 ponds and a lighted fountain right off your lanai. It has a huge master bedroom and loads of closet space including a large walk-in closet off the master bedroom. The master bath is spacious with a large glass enclosed shower stall. The tub has jets for your relaxation. The den/office is well appointed as are all the rooms and comfort is our number one concern.
Spanish Wells has a gorgeous new clubhouse, a wonderful workout center with all new equipment in the Activity Center Building, great, well-kept tennis courts, 5 pools including one at the clubhouse and one within a 2 minute stroll from your front door. It has 27 holes of golf so you never have trouble getting on the course unlike many other places. There are no lotteries here to get a tee time. Each of the courses is challenging and provide golfers with a variety of hole types and distances. Spanish Wells has a very active social calendar with plenty of activities for you if you are so inclined. Or, you can just sit back and relax. It has it all. |
