UNIT ONE:
Is a first floor, three (3) bedroom, one (1) bathroom unit, which sleeps six (6). Unit #1 features a covered patio & deck to escape the hot sun and enjoy the shade and cool ocean breeze after a long day at the beach. A table and chairs are provided for your outside dining pleasure.
Climb just two steps to enter your vacation home. You will be welcomed by a cozy light and bright full kitchen, living room, and dining area.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped, and includes the following appliances;
Full-size refrigerator, electric glass cook top range, full-size micro-wave oven, and dishwasher.
LIVING ROOM: The Living room features a ceiling fan and recessed lighting. The focal point of the living room is the stone fireplace which adds a cozy ambiance. (NOTE: The Fireplace is Not Operational - For Show Only)
WASHER/DRYER: A full size (Stackable) front loading washer and dryer is also provided for your convenience.
CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING: Central A/C is provided to keep you cool and comfortable.
CENTRAL HEATING: The Central Heating system will keep you warm and cozy if you decide to stay with us during the peaceful off season.

Bedroom #1 Features a Queen size bed, Ceiling Fan and a 13" combination color T.V. and DVD.

REAR YARD: A {shared} fenced in rear yard with ground level deck is provided for your privacy and safety.
OUTSIDE SHOWER: A {shared} outside shower with Hot & Cold water is provided to wash the sand off after a long day at the beach. The shower features a changing area with a bench, large mirror, and lighting should you return home from the beach after sunset.

Your house has everything we need and we especially like some of the extras you don't always get at other beach houses-outside play area for kids, clotheslines, washer/dryer work great, clean outside shower, ceiling fans and very clean overall inside & outside! Dear George & Carmela, Thank you for the use of your beach house for Anna Sophia's first beach vacation ever! We had a wonderful week with perfect weather. The house was so comfortable Anna Sophia loved the outside shower! She wouldn't shower anywhere else. The local attractions were just enough but not too much to distract from relaxing. Again it was Anna Sophia's first time on a roller caoster at Fantasy Island Amusement park and first time on a water slide at Thundering surf. So lots of firsts and for the grown ups lots of relaxation. we plan to come back! Thanks again for helping us make some precious & happy family memories! Warmly Laura D.

First people to write in 2008! So sad to see our vacation come to an end already. Time really flys when your having fun. Even though we had two screaming little kids, we found millions of ways to enjoy our time. The house is really cozy and extremely homey if that's a word. It was really nice being able to open the windows and fall asleep to the crashing waves. And lay out & get a tan on the sand or the patio. But the best was the family time we had where we were either outside on the beach or 3 houses up here. I can honestly say I can't wait to come back next summer, I hate packing up to go. So sad. Thanks for letting us rent.

Thank you so much for the use of your house. It is decorated so nicely. Says alot of your personality. Your family is beautiful. The weather was great, although you have nothing to do with that. We all had a wonderful time in this house! It was so cool to be 3 houses from the beach! And every night we walked to Skipper Dipper. Only 4 streets away. It was also nice to be right on the beach road for bike rides. It was also cool to have a TV in every room. And your outside shower was the nicest shower we have ever seen. The beds were sooooo comfy and the furniture up and down was very nice. (We had both floors) Thanx for renting us your house. (12 people total)
