Three Houses from the beach! Long Beach Island is a unique family oriented vacation paradise! L.B.I. offers plenty of day and night activities for children, teens, and adults. Your vacation can be as action packed or as quiet and leisurely as you wish. Your vacation home is located on a quiet dead end street only steps from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. UNIT ONE: Is a first floor, three (3) bedroom, one (1) bathroom unit, which sleeps six (6). Unit #1 features a covered patio & deck to escape the hot sun and enjoy the shade and cool ocean breeze after a long day at the beach. A gas Bar-B-Q grill is provided, as well as a table and chairs for your outside dining pleasure. As you enter your vacation home you will be welcomed by a light and bright newly renovated full kitchen, living room, and dining area (2007). Your kitchen is fully equipped, and includes the following appliances; Full-size refrigerator, electric glass cook top range, full-size micro-wave oven, and dishwasher. A full size (Stackable) front loading washer and dryer is also provided for your convenience. The focal point of the living room is the stone fireplace which adds a cozy ambiance. (NOTE: THE FIREPLACE IS NOT OPERATIONAL) Central A/C is provided to keep you cool and comfortable. The Central Heating system will keep you warm and cozy if you decide to stay with us during the peaceful off season. The Master Bedroom #1, and Bedroom #2 feature a 13" combination color T.V. and DVD. Bedroom #3 comes equiped with a 13" color T.V. Our home on East Sand Dune Lane is the perfect Summer/Beach vacation get away. Large families or friends that like to vacation together can book the same week in both units, and spend that much talked about reunion at the beach, together in one house, but still enjoy their privacy. (Unit #2 VRBO #85168 is located on the 2nd floor) Both units #1 (First Floor) and unit #2 (Second Floor) feature High Speed Internet Service, ample off street parking, and a shared rear yard with ground level deck. An outside shower is provided to wash the sand off after a long day at the beach. Note: Outside shower has a changing area with a bench, large mirror, and lighting should you return from the beach after sunset. WE TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN OFFERING YOU A CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE VACATION HOME. PROM GROUPS, STUDENTS, AND PARTY ANIMALS, NEED NOT INQUIRE! ABSOLUTELY: NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED!
