We spent January & February 2012 enjoying this condo at Hilton Head. The neighborhood was very quaint, well lit and quiet. We enjoyed walking & riding bikes in this friendly community. It is just minutes to stores, restaurants & shops. We would highly recommend this property. The owners were very helpful & the condo looked just like the pictures shown. We stayed here with another couple and found the descriptions to be quite accurate and the condo was lovely. The only "complaint" we had was that the wireless internet was not fast and kept timing out on us. It seemed that only one person could be "online" at a time. We would definitely stay at this property again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
Owner response: We appreciate these positive comments and we're happy they enjoyed their stay and would return for another visit. We have never experienced any problems with the internet. The connection has always been fast and continuous even when we were online with two computers at once. The cable company may have been having technical difficulties during their stay which related to their experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this beautiful villa in Port Royal. The description was accurate and the property was clean and well maintained. The only minor problem we encountered was we did not have any towels for the person using the sofa bed. We called the local property manager and he responded to our call quickly, but told us since we didn't request extra towels in advance they were unavailable (it was a holiday weekend). Since we'd brought our own beach towels, it wasn't too much of a problem. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and pots and pans. The balcony overlooking the golf course and a small lagoon was beautiful and we ate our breakfast there daily. The pool was also convenient and well-maintained. We would highly recommend this property!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
Owner response: We appreciate this very positive review. We do strive to make the rental experience as good as we can for our guests. Previously we provided towel sets for six guests. We have now taken action to provide extra towels for anyone using the sleep sofa.

My family and I had the pleasure of finding this property for our Easter/Spring Break. We had never experienced Hilton Head before. We couldn't have been more satisfied. The villa was clean, spacious, well equipped and in a perfect location. We could ride our bikes, walk to the beach and enjoy the quaint property which included a beautiful balcony overlooking the lagoon and golf course. We can't wait to come back. Our stay was the best ever. Our kids had a ball and my husband and I enjoyed everything about it. The communication with the owner was exceptional and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. Thank you for an amazing vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
