If you are looking to find any or all of these attributes, you can find them at 7 Green Meadows Lane – Unit A. This centrally-located, three-story town home has all the amenities and is ideal for a family of any size or a mixed group of families or friends. This home will comfortably sleep eight (nine with twin sleeper sofa). This home is located adjacent to the Holiday Island Marina and offers spectacular views of the island, Table Rock Lake and the Ozark Mountains. It is only a short walk to the marina, a minute’s drive to the recreation center and nine-hole golf course and five minutes or less to the 18-hole golf course, area restaurants, the grocery store and the gas station. Enter this home and you immediately notice the warm wood floors that extend from the front door through the entire second floor, the level at which you entered. Stroll through the foyer into the kitchen and find everything you need to prepare a meal and an elegant dining room table from which six or more can dine. Moving beyond the kitchen and dining area, a tasteful living room awaits, combining elegance with a warm, welcoming appeal. You will discover a leather sofa & love seat, sofa sleeper, two comfortable side chairs and plenty of space to pull in additional seating from the dining room. It is perfect for conversation or watching television and is furnished in cool colors that invite you to kick off your shoes and stay a spell. If the weather gets a bit nippy, you may want to do exactly that, because there is a stately fireplace to keep you warm. When you’re ready to venture outdoors and take in those amazing vistas, the sliding doors will take you onto the spacious deck. Once there, you can stand at the rail and gaze or take advantage of the table and chairs to soak it in. On the lower level of the home, there are two bedrooms and a bath. One bedroom is done in dark blue, has a queen bed, television, handsome matching dresser and side tables, lots of greenery and a tropical feel. The other bedroom is furnished in light blue. It offers two queen beds, a nautical/sailing motif and access to the lower deck. The deck provides a picnic table, bench swing and charcoal grill. The third floor, or loft level, contains the master bedroom suite. A queen size bed, two relaxing chairs, dresser and tables and another TV fit easily in this large room. With the window shades open, occupants have the same great views that are available from the decks. The master bath defines luxury. The first thing you notice, other than the large size of the room, is the two-person whirlpool tub. Next to it is a glass-walled, walk-in shower. The vanity comes with two sinks. This room says romance. First-time visitors to 7 Green Meadows Lane – Unit A are certain to become repeat guests to this magnificent town home. Don’t miss this one. This is a non-smoking unit. All Island Rentals properties are on or near one of the two golf courses (discount green fees available to renters) and have access to the recreation center and marina. Holiday Island is only five miles north of Eureka Springs where you can find fine dining, shopping, entertainment and more. Branson is only 45 minutes away.
