Ellery House, Middletown, RI- 3 blocks to beaches - Newport, Rhode Island Vacation Rental We have one on-season week left open, the last week of August, ending in Labor day weekend. Pricing for 7 nites, from Sun Aug 24-Sun Aug 31, would be $2800. If you would like to add the Sunday nite onto your week, we would discount that night to $200, so the total for 8 nights would be $3000. In addition, we would give you a late check-out on monday, instead of 10am, it would be 2pm *** If you would prefer a shorter-term rental that week, we would be willing to rent the Sunday Aug 24- Friday Aug 29, for $1800. In addition, we have booked 3/4 Sept weekends. If you are looking for a fall get-away, wedding, etc, please book soon! Sept & Oct book up quickly. *** We are negotiable on prices, so feel free to make an offer! ******************************************************************** ELLERY HOUSE is a charming and beautifully maintained, 1700 sq-ft Summer Beach House. With 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, it sleeps 8-10 comfortably. Pets and children are welcome. In the heart of lovely Easton's Point, Ellery House is an easy 3-block walk to First(Eastons)& Second (Sachuest) beaches. Located in Middletown, on the Newport/Middletown line, this cozy home is about a half-mile to town and all the fun activities of Newport. Numerous excellent restaurants are within walking distance as well. Ask me for recommendations! Maps are provided to area attractions. Sachuest Point National Wildlife refuge is a mile from our home. The refuge supports over 200 bird species, and has over 2.5 miles of nature trails and viewing platforms, in order for guests to enjoy this beutiful ocean-side nature preserve. This Cape-style home has been newly refurbished with fresh paint in many rooms, bathroom renovations, a brand new washer and dryer, and a new dishwasher. There is plenty of off-street parking, a private back yard with fenced patio, grille, and an outdoor hot & cold shower. Most rooms have cable television and air conditioning. The back yard/patio and a large play yard are securely fenced for the safety of your children or the family dog. A fully stocked playroom is available. Scroll down for more photos of the property. For extensive photos of the entire house, please send request. Ellery House is available for year-round monthly, weekly, or weekend rentals. During June, there is at least a 3 day-weekend minimum rental, & during July and August, there is a weekly minimum rental. Exceptions may be made, so dont hesitate to ask. Discounts are available for full-month rentals. Please see the calendar for current availability. Vacation homes in our area rent quickly during the high season; I recommend you finalize your reservation no later than April. We have had great success with wedding parties and family vacations. My guests have been very pleased; references are available upon request. Property is sometimes owner occupied, in separate unit off back of house; but main house & main front entrance is completely private to guests. You may occasionally run into us or our 2 Labs in the back yard/patio area, or in & out of the driveway, but overall, your stay in the main house is very private. 50% deposit due upon booking & contract signature. We take checks, cash or credit card/checking via PayPal. If you use PayPal, there is a 3% service charge added on. No daily housekeeping provided. Once you are here, it's all yours. (lawn & garbage service is provided). Pillows, blankets, comforters & towels are supplied by owner, but sheets are to be supplied by tenants. There is an $125 optional linen fee if you would prefer us to provide the linen service. There is a mandatory $80 cleaning fee upon check-out. Pets welcome with prior permission & extra damage deposit. We are a NON-smoking property.
