This family beach home was completed in 2005. The home exist on family property dating to the 1930's. Pawley's Island is a non-commercial community located east of King's Highway - US 17. Known for its family atmosphere and preservation of nature. During certain times of the year you can watch sea turtles lay their eggs or hatchlings emerge. Bald eagles and osprey are easy to watch as they hunt for their supper. Sunrises and sunsets are magnificent. These can be viewed from the decks/porches on the house or the dock.
This home offers 2 master bedrooms on the main level as well as a master bedroom on the top level. There are 2 dens and a dining room that accommodates a group of 12. There are TV's in all bedrooms except the Bunk Bed room. The floor plan is open and easy flow to accommodate 2 families. There is an elevator from under the house parking to the first living level. Great outdoor shower and dressing area. Hammock and sitting area under the house. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Beach access short walk (less than 2 minutes) away. High speed internet and digital phone for long distance calls within the US. Grocery stores, fine dining, and shopping within 5 minutes. Close attractions, Pawley's Island Hammock Shops, Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park, and Murrell's Inlet. Many golf courses within 5-20 minutes. Once you have vacationed at Pawley's Island, you will never go anywhere else. Come for fun and time to be with family and friends in this truly southern lay back atmosphere. Don't forget the sunscreen!!
