Take advantage of this beautiful home which has a modern gourmet kitchen (pond view) with 2 dishwashers, gourmet kitchen, central air and is located on 6 very private, pond front acres. There is a screened porch and a separate sundeck. The pond is a natural pond with a shallow sandy edge, however the bottom becomes mushy fairly quickly. Our kids always paddled the raft out to the deep part and jumped and swam from there. A canoe and paddleboat are on the property as well as a tethered raft. The spacious yard allows for lots of outdoor fun. It is one mile to the bay at Paines Creek Beach. All rentals by the week only and are Saturday to Saturday. Bring your own linens. No smoking.
