Like privacy? Take advantage of this beautiful home which has a modern gourmet kitchen (pond view) with 2 dishwashers,6 burner Wolfe stove, central air and is located on 6 very private, pond front acres. There is a screened porch and a separate sundeck.
The pond is a natural pond with a shallow sandy edge, however the bottom becomes mushy fairly quickly.
A canoe, paddleboat and kayak are on the property. The spacious yard allows for lots of outdoor fun.
It is one mile to the bay at Paines Creek Beach.
All rentals are by the week only and are Saturday to Saturday. No smoking please.

what can i say that has not been said already? my family vacationed here July of 2011 and, to put it simply, fell in love with this property! not only is the home and surrounding area gorgeous, but it also has that comfortable air that made you feel right at home the second you walked in. we dined mostly on the screened porch and spent countless hours on the pond or just hanging out by it - the pictures here really dont do this home justice. there were 10 of us (6 adults / 4 kids) and we had bedrooms to spare - space galore! we were also impressed with how well stocked the home was with all the little things that you need over a weeks stay... hopefully this was just the 1st of many trips to this magical place for my family.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, pet owners, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

"We had a great time at the Cape and your house served us very well. The weather could not have been better - our party on the 1. of August was a great success and we thank you Richard for the great idea of a "clam bake". When the children were not at the beach they were busy with the pool table or playing soccer - yours is a great place for children!"

This is a truly special property; warm, welcoming, and private. The kitchen is a chef's delight and the pond view is lovely. There is plenty of room to spread out and large gathering areas to bring the family together. You just can't go wrong with this well maintained Cape Cod home!

Fab-u-lous! Beautiful property, convienent appliances, loved the juke box and pool table room. The house felt like it meandered for miles providing everyone w/ there own little bit of privacy. Loved the beach, perfect for kids & what a sunset!
