Can't say enough about this place, what a perfect house for a Breckenridge vacation. From the minute you pull in you feel at home. Beautiful place with amazing views. Place was super clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy the week in Breck! Location is ideal for anything in Breckenridge. Downtown 5 minutes,Breck Gondola, 5 minutes, Grocery store, 5 minutes, Liquor store, 5 minutes...what else do you need? Huge 2 car garage to keep cars out of the snow. Downstairs area is really nice for kids to have their own play area and watch DVD's. Wood burning stove downstairs pretty much kept the whole house warm in 5 degree temps. Huge 3D TV in living room was perfect to watch the Giants beat up the Patriots in the Superbowl! Kitchen was ideal for cooking meals and had everything possible. Enjoyed grilling steaks on a snowy night on the deck watching the snow cats groom the slopes. Owner's were very personable and great about checking up on us and making sure we had everything we needed. You will not want to leave once you check-in, i know we didnt want to. Hopefully will be returning next year.

We stayed at this beautiful home for our first family ski trip. Our family of five had more than enough room to relax and enjoy beautiful Breck! We found it to be even better than the photos. You will not find more breathtaking views of the mountain...talk about inspiring! The house is cozy, comfortable and clean, and those beds feel great after a day of skiing or dogsledding! The location of this house allows you to access the ski mountain, grocery and liquor stores, restaurants and the downtown village in minutes. However we found we wanted to stay home and cook in this gorgeous kitchen most nights and enjoy the mountain views from the comfort of home. We loved this place and hope to return this year!

Our family (of 4) stayed here with another family (of 4) very comfortably. The house was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, the rooms were spacious & beds were super comfortable! Everything in the house was top notch from the amazing kitchen, to the cozy fireplaces(upstairs & down), to the fabulous outdoor hot tub with an incredible view of the mountain! Sunrise and sunset views from the deck were spiritual- especially with drink in hand! Super easy to get around town- everything is literally 5 minutes away. Does not feel like you're staying in a "rental". We will definitely be back to stay. Many thanks!

What a great house! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views are spectacular! We loved being able to make our skiing plans for each day while actually looking out the huge windows at the peaks we would later ski! And the house is so convenient to the ski areas as well as the charming village shops and restaurants. I can't imagine a better location. The house itself was so comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen is beautiful- a real cook's kitchen that makes feeding a crowd so easy. The kids loved the bunk beds and we all loved the hot tub. I think you've thought of everything to make the perfect vacation! Thank you!

We had a great time borrowing this great home! The view was spectacular and the location was very convenient to the slopes and town. All the little extras made our stay so much easier. We had 4 teanagers with us and the house more than accomodated all of us. After a tiring day on the slopes, it was great to soak in the hot tub and enjoy the view of the mountain. We would definitely rent again.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed spending a week celebrating our 25th anniversary in this lovely home in Breck. Kevin, the owner, handled the transaction quickly and professionally. Our deposit was waiting for us when we returned home. I would definitely recommend this home to family and friends and am hoping that it is available during the ski season as we would rent it again. I must confess that my wife can be a bit 'picky', in this instance our stay was a home run.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Lontz's Breckenridge home. Our family of seven stayed for eight days and the house met our needs perfectly. The view of the mountains is incredible! It was so easy to get to Vail and Keystone, the Alpine Slide was fun for all our family and many hiking trails are close by. The house is phenomenal!!! The location is great - the view spectacular! The house has all the amenities to make you make you feel right at home. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the gadgets and other necessities. The living room upstairs has a large screen TV right in front of the gigantic window looking out toward town and the ski slopes. Everything is super convenient: town is 7 minutes; the grocery and liquor store are 4-5 minutes; the parking lot to the gondola lot is 6 minutes. And did I mention the jacuzzi on the lower deck that looks out onto the ski mountain? I would rent this again in a heartbeat!

This house makes a FANTASTIC place to stay while in Breckenridge. You can walk to one of the outer gondolas, you can get to Keystone and Copper in minutes, and downtown in seconds. The views are utterly amazing and all of the appointments are first class. The hosts provide excellent information on what is currently happening in the area and make recommendations that were always on the money. This will be the only place we stay (if available) on all of our next Breckenridge visits! Enjoy, George and Stacey

Second time we've stayed here. Won't stay anywhere else in Breckenridge. Last yr it snowed a week straight and we never got to enjoy the view. This yr we saw the view from the deck on a postcard in town ! The new hot tub was the icing on the cake.

We spent Labor Day weekend at your home with our 13 month old and we loved it! The location is ideal, the open floor plan was perfect for our family and the view made us want to move here. It's incredibly cozy and comfortable and the amenities were a great touch (crib & high chair ! nicely done) we'll be back for some skiing.

I rented this lovely home for 4 days in August 2008 as my daughter was getting married in Breckenridge. The house was just perfect for our needs. Plenty of beds, great kitchen and living room and a fantastic deck for entertaining. The master bedroom and bath was especially nice. The views of the peaks from the living room and deck is jaw-dropping. Not right in the bustle of downtown (which was fine with us) but only 3 minutes away. It was great all the way around for us.
