Winter Park's newest condos are at Founders Pointe. Be one of the first to stay in this deluxe new condo. Reservations are now being taken. The unit is hot tub level and gets lots of sunshine with views of Winter Park and Mary Jane. It is a short walk to the slopes. No need to take a bus or drive. There is heated parking and a private ski locker. The unit sleeps four with a king bed in the bedroom and sofa sleeper in the living room. The condo is furnished with linens and toiletries but does not offer daily maid service.
Note: $35 charge for keys or parking permit not returned of left on table. Security deposit will not be returned if it is evident there has been smoking in the unit.
