This spacious four bedroom – two bath home is just two and one-half short blocks from the ocean and one block to the bay where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the wetlands from the wraparound deck or the turret/sunroom.

Your relaxing home away from home features 4 bedrooms - Two queen beds (one a Tempurpedic), four twin beds, a queen sleeper sofa and two plush twin-sized roll-away cots, which can easily accommodate two families (up to 12 people). One of the twin bedrooms is on the second floor, accompanied by a full bathroom. Downstairs full bathroom has just been upgraded.
The huge eat-in hardwood-floored kitchen features an over-sized pantry, large refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, toaster, new dishwasher, refrigerator and disposal, etc.
Ascend the spiral stairs to the turret observation/recreation room after a relaxing day at the beach, casinos or just strolling in historic Cape May. Enjoy cool breezes as well as amazing sea and bay views at sunset. Play a game, watch tv, or gaze at shooting stars with the ORION telescope!
Six beach tags, beach chairs, beach toys and umbrella are provided for your convenience. PLEASE NOTE: We do not rent to groups under the age of 28. Thank you for understanding.
The side lawn is perfect for sun-bathing, with landscaping to please the eye and grass to snuggle your feet (no stones to be found). The rear entrance includes a secluded, walled area for showering, which leads to the laundry room (equipped with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron).
This beauty is situated just 2 short blocks to the beach (which is designated for swimming and kayaking) and less than one block to the bay - an easy walk whatever your wish may be. The exceptionally wide & dazzling white sandy beach will allow you to laze by the sea, sunbathe or read after your round of golf or tennis. The bay at 79th street boasts a welcoming retreat area, complete with benches for sunset gazing, fishing and crabbing - crab traps supplied by homeowner. Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream shoppes, churches, boat rentals...you name it!
